Manuel was very helpful. Something to be aware of is that the air-conditioning is only in the lounge but there are pedestal fans available.

Apartment was compact, but well maintained and clean, it had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barcelona. It was ideally located for us, a quiet location with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Metro station was located just down the street, with about a 6 minute walk. I would recommend without hesitation.
