The property was perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Downtown St Augustine was a quick Uber away. The pool was great with plenty of towels available. Kitchen had all the amenities you would need for eating in. Bedrooms were comfortable with more than enough room for a large group. Bill, the host, made himself available for all your needs. Would definitely rent again.

Very well maintained property. The beach access is perfect for large families who may be on different schedules. The pool is perfect for relaxing. I will be staying again on our next trip to St. Augustine. Also, the host was awesome. He was very timely in responding to any of our questions.

We had an amazing time here. This house is great for families, especially with small children. Location is great! House has everything you could possibly need. This will be our new go to place in St Augustine Beach.

Wonderful home with plenty of space. The bikes weren’t in operable condition and the grill should be moved to the patio but otherwise, awesome!

Thanks for your review. The bikes are in working order and there is a bike pump if any of the tires are low. Also, the grill is in the carport as the wind causes too much challenges when it is near the pool. Also the grill is in a place that is protected from the rain.

House was nice, but it definitely needs to be updated. The windows in the bedrooms show signs of mold and dry rot from the ocean air. Nothing that impacted the stay, but definitely noticeable. Bill was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and having the pool at the house was amazing!

Great family get away

We booked this property for a quick three night beach getaway with my family and two other families. The property had plenty of space for 6 adults and 7 children. The beach is steps away and the pool was awesome.

Nice House with an excellent location

With lots of great restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach, the location couldn't be better. Several bedrooms made it great for everyone to have their own space with plenty of common rooms as well.
