30 Northgate

Spacious, comfortable house adjacent to town center, with a grocery and a pub/restaurant on either side. Convenience to major road and a nice base for exploring the Borders. Lovely golf course just on the other side of town, and abundant hiking opportunities along the Tweed River and elsewhere.
