Forget Me Not Home in South Anchorage

Comfortable, Clean, Kids Friendly and private basement Apartment in a Safe Neighborhood located in beautiful South Anchorage.
Its a 1300 sq ft in the basement level that comfortably accommodates up to 7 adult guests + 2 children in 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 full bed, Toddler bed, and 1 queen bed, plus a full size hide a bed couch and a Pack 'n Play.
Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.
Entire guest floor is private and your home away from home, including fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, 1 full bathroom, laundry room, built-in sauna and a large parking lot.
There are 10 steps going down to the unit.
All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.

Apartment is also equipped with nice built-in Sauna and Ping pong table. Sauna is $20 per hour for electric and cleaning expenses.

We like to give guests their privacy, but if you need anything please do not hesitate to call us- we're next door to assist. We'll be happy to offer recommendations for activities, shopping, and restaurants.

Make sure you know this is in someone’s home and is in the basement with several stairs in case you have knee or hip issues or elderly. Checking in was very easy and was well equipped. Close and handy to several places to eat/shop and sight see.

This is a basement apartment that is completely dated. I pulled back the bedding to find multiple large hair balls on the bottom sheet obviously hadn’t been washed. The bathroom has no hot water to the sink so it is terrible for hand washing. The shower hot and cold water are reversed so when you think you are turning it to hot it is actually cold. The TV has no local channels and could not be turned on using the remote.

Everything was excellent. From the kitchen to the bathroom, didn’t use the laundry room, but I love the fact that you could walk in there and the light turns on and shuts off when you leave. That’s pretty cool.Very easy to set up to stay and be able to walk out when we were ready.We’ll stay again when we make our trip back up from home, Ninilchik, Alaska

Enjoyed our stay at this property on our last night in Alaska. Was a great vacation and place to visit. Clean peppery and as advertised. The Fire TV stick was a little glitchy but advise to download the app and that makes it better.

This well supplied basement apartment was a great place to stay while exploring Anchorage and Seward. It was easy to check in and out and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens were provided. Host responded quickly to questions.
