This was an excellent stop for one night after arriving in Anchorage late one night before traveling south to Soldatna. Easy to book, very easy to check-in, and extremely clean and well maintained. I only wish we could have stayed at this location a week or two! Highly recommend!

It was not too far from the city and we really enjoyed our one night we were there. The place was clean and roomy. We were far enough from the City center that it was peaceful and having coffee in the morning with a good view of nature was my favorite.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home and accommodations were immaculate, with everything maintained to the highest standard. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available if we had any questions or needed assistance.The location was ideal for exploring Alaska, offering easy access to Anchorage as well as day trips south to Whittier and north to Denali. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for sightseeing. Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Anchorage, look no further. It is everything you need and more. The photos are accurate and the accommodations have been well maintained. It is outside of downtown Anchorage in the Rabbit Creek area and is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, Walmart / Fred Meyer (Kroger), and gas stations via the Seward Highway. If you like wildlife viewing, this accommodation is only .8 mile from the Potter Marsh Viewing Boardwalk, which has shore birds, eagles, and the possibility of seeing bears and moose. We made daily visits with our cameras thanks to this location and long hours of daylight in August. We met and spoke with the owner on our second day there. Be aware of the potholes on the road and we had a bear that visited during the night and turned the bear proof garbage can over on two different occasions; so there is a need to be bear aware and not leave any food in the vehicle or outside. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we would definitely book again if we were visiting the Anchorage area.

Amazing new property! We are so thankful we found this spot! The location was perfect for us to spend time exploring Anchorage and surrounding areas. Host communication was top notch. They even gave us a heads up about a moose and her calves in the yard to make sure we stayed safe. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage in the bedrooms, and a quiet area. We will be back!!
