Apartment Ivy - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 1 bedroom

Welcome to Apartment Ivy - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Decorated throughout in 2024 to a high standard and featuring NEW bathroom, carpets and bed this is a lovely apartment for a short or long break.

Off the hallway is a refreshed bathroom with walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy double bed, new carpet and smart tv and lots of storage.

In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a newly replaced oven, induction hob and washing machine. Along with a full size dish washer, microwave, air-fryer and Tassimo coffee machine - plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.

The lounge area features a Smart TV with large comfy sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use by a third & fourth guest.”

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Ivy. It had everything we needed and more. It is a perfect base to explore the north east of England. The holiday park is so lovely when you first enter, it is like a village feel and has all that you need to make your stay a happy one. Thanks

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location, close to the centre and facilities, very clean and tidy also warm and comfortable. Great for walking into Filey either cliff top or beach, would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for a short getaway

Our apartment was clean and maintained to a high standard. The location was fantastic and next to the beach. Staff could not have been more helpful and we would visit again. The only thing that let us down on site was the pub with the food. It was not hot and the other food venue was closed. Plenty of other places to eat out and about though.

Lovely stay

Nice clean apartment & very quiet considering it was the main summer holidays & the site seemed busy. On entering the apartment there is a handy shoe rack with seating. Bed very comfortable & p!entry of storage in bedroom. Bathroom nice with lovely walk in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There is no dryer and we didn't want the heating on as the weather was warm but the towels did dry fine on the airy. The cupboards are quite high & i did struggle a bit getting crockery out, but my husband is tall so it was ok Didnt use any of shops/eating places on site so can't comment on those. Overall a lovely 4 days stay & would return.

Lovely one bed apartment

Booked Apartment Ivy as we wanted a short stay on The Bay. The apartment was clean and tidy with some top quality items. I would suggest to the owners that a small folding step be left next to the bin as I struggled to reach the items in the top cupboards. Would definitely book again in the future.
