Just returned from an excellent break. Description was accurate & there were thoughtful touches such as welcome basket & toiletries. Perfect position for amenities & walks out to the beach, exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t need to contact the host as everything worked & was easy to understand. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Good location close to beach & amenities Nice beach house had verything you needed within the property to go self catering if needed, being picky would benefit from small airfryerWe were lucky with the weather, went to beach everyday,nice touch having outside tap to clean sand of shoesLocal pub getsverybusy, definitely need to book, we ventured into Filey, found a fabulous Italian la gondola and Indian curry house was very goodGrandson loved it,would definitely book again

A great stay we had issues with a faulty lock but the host was extremely responsive and got this sorted out really quickly with a locksmith arriving in about 30 minutes. Prompt responses were also received in respect of minor queries. Overall the host’s service was excellent.The lodge is in an ideal place for quick access to the beach and also the gym and pool. It was sufficiently equipped for our short stay our only comment would be that having only 4 bowls and plates meant we were putting the dishwasher on when it wasn’t full which is not energy efficient.Main bathroom had a walk in shower which was great for Dad as no step up or threshold to trip on.It’s a tandem drive which makes the space when parked narrow and difficult for elderly parent to get into the car but we just pulled onto the road in front of the drive to get Dad in.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend Just Beachy to others

Fantastic host that went above and beyond, we even extended our stay an extra night, accommodation is fantastic especially the log burner on the cold evenings, has all the amenities you could need and the welcome pack is a nice little touch, our young daughter loved the place and we will definitely return.

Really nice property in a really nice, quiet holiday park. Great access to the beach and a 2 mile walk into Filey.Gym access was a bonus, pool was very busy the one time we went.Great comms from the owner, no complaints at all.

Very close to 5 stars, no spare bin bags and the heating thermostat reverted back to 19 deg each day so some instructions for the heating system in the information book would be good, great location, would be amazing in summer
