This is my second time staying at Luca and Patrizia’s place! First, they are fantastic hosts. Communicative, hospitable and just lovely. The apartment is great and has everything you need. Great location to walk into historic center and travel around the area. Highly recommend and would of course stay again! Thank you Luca and Patty!

Patricia and Luca thought of everything - every convenience, every optional need/desire(coffee, milk, water, etc). The accommodations were spacious with great parking ! Convenient location to Montepulciano. Wonderful restaurant recommendations! Truly, there was nothing lacking and everything we could possibly want or think we need for a fabulous stay! Cannot recommend the property/them any higher!! Please feel free to use us as a reference for future guests. We are definitely recommending this to our friends and acquaintances as a perfect Tuscany home base!

Fantastic, Excellent, Perfect!!! The accomodations and location were perfect. The owners have thought of everything you need while you are staying at Il Cipressino (Little Cypress). The onsite parking is a must have if you will have a car during your stay. The close proximity to the entrance gates of Montepulciano was so convienent and an easy walk from you home. The owners made us feel so welcome and were so friendly and accomodating with suggestions of what to do and where to go. I would highly recommend Il Cipressino and you can count on us staying there again. First rate, first class and made our first trip to Italy - OUTSTANDING!
