Newly redecorated with new flooring 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo located in the beautiful Cape Haze Resort. The resort offers a fitness facility, amazing heated pool surrounded by palm trees, tennis courts, outdoor grills and walking paths. This condo overlooks a serene lake with a water fountain and plentiful wildlife. The kitchen offers granite countertops and everything you need for meal preparations. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, two large night stands and dresser with spacious walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage. Lanai overlooks lake with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenery. Stacked washer and dryer included. Wi-fi included. Assigned parking.
