Lovely remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath beach cottage located south of Thomas Drive, only 100 feet from the Gulf and 100 yards from beach access. Private pool with Dolphin fountain surrounded by professionally landscaped garden.
Fully equipped kitchen. .

Extras: Hot and cold exterior shower by the pool, as well as fully enclosed dressing room with toilet and sink accessed by the pool.
Queen sized sleep sofa in great room/living room.

Walking distance to numerous excellent beach side restaurants. Convenient to Zoo World, Gulf World, Shipwreck Water Park, Hombre Golf Course, St. Andrews Florida State Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex, Captain Anderson's Marina, and the Grand Lagoon. Minimum age to execute lease 25 years or older, and must reside in the cottage during the lease period.

We really enjoyed our stay . Pool was awesome the only thing is tv in livingroom needs updating and washer and dryer would have came in handy but i understand why they don’t provide one I would stay again thank you for allowing us too stay

Check in was seamless. The whole place was perfect for the 2 of us. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and linens. The blanket in the closet helped! Easy parking & bar across the street was good in a pinch. **they do play LOUD live music nearly every night - so something to be aware of. We didn’t mind much because it’s not so loud once you’re inside. An option to turn the fountain off would be nice as well as turn down or off the outside lights. Other than that, great stay for both of us.

Amazing relaxing trip

What a beautiful place to recharge and enjoy family , sun and beaches . We couldn't chose a better place to stay . The pool was so fun for the kids and so very relaxing listening to the live band in the evening just across the street and drinking coffee by the pool in the morning . We absolutely loved our stay ♥️

Love this property! Our family stays nearby and we love hosting dinner in the evenings on the patio without them tracking sand inside! The outdoor bathroom helps so much with this too!

Perfect Oasis

This is the ideal place to stay while visiting PCB. The house is roomy & clean while the pool area feels like your own personal paradise. We sat out around the pool & grilled at night for the perfect ending to the day.

We love this place

We have stayed in this cottage multiple times. We always enjoy the residential feel of the surrounding neighborhood combined with great beach access and of course the private pool and outdoor shower. We will be back again!

Mary is a retired Mortgage Banker and Kenneth is a retired professional architect.

Why they chose this property

It just feels like vacation!
It is the classic example of "COTTAGE BY THE SEA". a step back to a slower time when families enjoyed each others company. A place you can sit back and enjoy your morning coffee under the patio fans, and listen to the tinkle of the fountain in the garden.
It's a place you can feel like belongs just to you----
not a copy of the condo next door,------
even if it is, for just a few days.
