Enjoy our lovely place in a quiet neighborhood with your entire family in this cute 2BR/2BA, you’ll be a block and a half from the beach!! Walk in distance to best doughnuts in town (Thomas’ doughnuts) minutes away from Pier Park. Newly Renovated in Laguna Beach.

Interested in renting? Must be 25 and older. You will be asked to send a copy of DL to verify age.

Little time away

We had a few minor problems but the owner was very good about everything . Nice quiet community beautiful shore line very nice i would recommend this nice quiet litlle place for your next stay

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our Family Vacation was AMAZING! The house had EVERYTHING we needed/wanted. From cleanliness to convenience to everything Panama City has to offer. By far best location with the perfect atmosphere for my family of 5. Our favorite part was the private pool! Not to mention beach chairs and umbrellas for our days at the beach were available. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Stay

The communication with the owner was good but it would be nice to have a summary of wi-fi access, use of the TVs, etc. The pool is not heated. Therefore we are unable to enjoy it (we do feel like that should be pre- communicated). In addition there were no chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc to bring to the beach. While I acknowledge that isn’t a requirement - it’s tough to lug all that with you on a vacation.
