Pleasant small end-unit with a peaceful view of the trees and marsh just beyond the screened back porch. The unit was clean, had everything I needed, and was just as described in the app. It was indeed very quiet, as others have noted.Seabrook Inland is a very large gated community that requires a pre-arranged pass for entry through the guard shack. Tom and Ann took care of those arrangements before my arrival,I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Villa, nice pool just steps away. Racquet club & Lake House within walking or biking distance. Beach is a quick bike ride away and/or parking for a car. Kitchen was well stocked, host was very responsive to all needs. Nice quiet location, close to Bohicket Marina & Freshfields Market both with good restaurants.

The bedroom is actually a loft so it’s open to the living area. Great mattress in the loft. Futon ok. Good bathroom with great water pressure in the loft. Downstairs half bath was nice. Great proximity to the pool at the villas. Nice of the owners to allow use of their beach chairs and umbrella.

Awesome, responsive hosts!Clean, well appointed villa in a great location was a perfect spot for a quick family getaway and a great value for our budget. We loved having the pool close by, and were usually the only ones using it. It was quiet and peaceful and we so appreciated our time there. So glad I found this listing!

We had the best visit again to Seabrook!

Loved the property, location was fun for our kids to bike to beach or to Freshfields or Bohicket on their own! Lovely spot, cute deck, and great to have the own little pool!!! Been coming to Seabrook since 1987, so this has been added to places to stay again!!
