309 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath 3rd-floor villa offering spectacular direct oceanfront views! Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and opens to the dining area that seats six. The living room is light, bright, and comfortably furnished and features a large TV and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and balcony access to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee.

The Shorewood Complex is in the highly desirable Forest Beach area and is within walking distance to the popular Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants.

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. So that is one less thing you need to pack!
