Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 42” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything pretty much was perfect, especially the view from the balcony! The only complaint I have is that every time the ac came on, it sounded like a door slamming and ran so loud that we had to close the bedroom door to lessen it. Also, the property did show signs of water damage around the front windows.
