A 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf Front condo located on the 2nd floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the bedroom and living room; perfect for watching evening sunsets! Our one bedroom unit sleeps 4 people max to comply with the Sarasota County fire code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed, as well as a twin size sofa bed in the bedroom sitting area, with a 48" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. There is additional sleeping on the queen sofa bed in the living room for guest use. The living room has a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee standard coffee maker, as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is fully tiled throughout and is beautifully furnished with a glass enclosed balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
