Everything was ready for our stay. Pool was great. Gas grill was working great. We had a little trouble getting the TV working. But figured it out. Neighborhood was very quiet with little traffic. Nice to come home too after the theme park crowds. I would rent from Bill again.

Our stay at this Villa was just FANTASTIC! Very clean, very comfortable and very accommodating. The owners were very nice, inviting and very responsive for the one or two questions we had. We stayed 24 days and were sad to leave. If we ever vacation again in this area, we can only hope this Villa is available!
