Very fresh pool villa in the Seasons community. Located ideally for a vacation in the Disney area. Equipped to high standard for your comfort! Living room with comfy sofas, BBQ free of use, stroller and kids car seats (3) available. 10 min to Disney World and 15 min to Universal and SeaWorld. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is a great base due to it's location and the good facilities. Private pool that can be heated. Free Wi-Fi. Free Phone calls within the USA. Xbox 360 kinect. Fully equipped kitchen with high chairs and cots provided at no extra charge. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with king size bed and the other with queen size - ideal for two families sharing the villa. Bedroom three and four has two twin beds in each room and shares bathroom three. Three TV sets (largest 46') with cabletv. Blu-ray (Dvd) player. For child safety a pool fence and alarmed doors is available. Walmart 2 min away.

Great location and great property

We stayed for just under two weeks in middle August and the trip was amazing with amazing value with this property. Located perfectly to pretty much everything . We did several trips around and not just the theme parks and the location was perfect. The house amenities were fantastic and it made everything so easy. Our only suggestion is black out blinds / curtains in the master bedroom would be welcome but all in all we cannot recommend the house enough. Check in super simple also.

Lovely home in a great position

This lovely 4 bedroom villa was perfect for our special family holiday in Florida. Close enough to both Disney and Universal and Medieval Times was a walk away and we had a brilliant last evening there with my 4 year old grandson enthusiastically supporting the yellow Knight., A spacious villa with a lovely pool and a very helpful owner.

Lovely House

I cannot praise the house high enough. I've stayed in other vacation homes and this one is by far the best. It has everything you need and more, the location was perfect for us. Having 2 en suite bedrooms and 2 twin rooms makes it perfect for either 2 small families or one larger one. In our case being just 3 adults it was certainly better than having 2 hotel rooms.

We’ve recently returned from our Easter holiday and chose this villa as we love and already know the location very well and all the 5* reviews. The villa really is lovely, in our opinion located in the best spot in Kissimmee, absolutely spotless, really lovely lay out and the 2 reception rooms give lots of space, all bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, having 2 master bedrooms is perfect if you have a larger family or a 2nd family with you. The villa is equipped with everything you could think of and the villa owner is speedy to respond and extremely helpful. We would definitely like to come back to stay again in the future.

A truly wonderful place to stay

This really is a perfect place to stay for an Orlando holiday. It's well located, convenient for all Disney theme parks (15/20 min drive dependent on traffic) and not much further to Universal. Moreover, it is a wonderful Villa in its own right. A really quiet location, the villa offers levels of cleanliness and comfort to satisfy even the most critical eye. I genuinely can't recommend this place highly enough. The whole family agreed that if and when we return to Orlando, we will without questions stay here.

Perfect House, incredible location...

I recommend this house 100% , location is perfect, house very clean. If you're going to Disney is 10 minutes to all the parks . This is my forth time on this neighborhood and is the best.

Great Villa in a Great Location

A perfect villa for a family visiting Orlando

We are more than pleased to give a good review to this villa. We have been visiting Florida for over 14 years so we know our way around the area. This villa delivered all our needs perfectly and would suit a family or couples without a problem. It was good value, neat and clean, well equipped and ideally situated for quick/easy access to the theme parks via the 192 and Interstate 4. The villa is situated on a small quiet estate and close to a large Walmart and numerous shops, fast food outlets and restaurants on the 192. The villa is also a short drive from the airport....most welcome after a 9 hour flight! The property owners were attentive and pleasant to deal with. We would be happy to stay at this villa again and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks so much Sven-Erik.

Beautiful spacious, comfortable home. Perfect location. Everything we needed was provided there. Close to attractions and shopping. We would definately recommend this home. We had fun, and when guests came over, they commented on how nice the home was. 5 stars!

Came in for the VMX conference with my family. The house was gorgeous! So much room and kids had a blast playing ping pong. Easy access to Disney! Had a wonderful time! Will stay again!

Relaxing getaway

With 3 adults ans 3 kids, this was the perfect place for us to stay. Having two ensuite rooms was perfect for the adults and the kids loved having a pool right out back! Close enough to everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean. Lots of activities (ping pong, shuffle board & games), plus the pool. Would have been nice to have some pool toys/floats included, but we bought some. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware. No matter where we drove (Disney Springs, Universal & OCCC), traffic was always horrible & due to all the different places we went, can’t comment on specific location for our stay.
