This modern architectural home encompasses beautiful views of nature and yet sits right beside Topanga State Park for fabulous walking. Once inside the fenced yard, you feel you are by yourself in a zen-like landscape. It boasts an open floor plan on the main level with stunning mahogany staircase and artistic details. You'll have three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs with an additional daybed and balcony in the master bedroom. The porch with expansive view is great for entertaining, dinners or meditation. This family home is close to the beach, Santa Monica, Malibu and Woodland Hills. You’ll love our home because of the high ceilings, location, views, the intimate neighborhood, and the ambiance. This home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or a family. We have a small apt that is downstairs that we sometime stay in, but it is separate entrance.

Beautiful home with great views! Would definitely stay here again! Easy check in and Chris was great... always available for any questions we had. Hope to come back again when weather is warmer!!

Beautiful view, spacious,tranquil, and comfortable

Stunning view of the canyon from the deck and the drive up. We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, it even had spices and oil and other things for cooking. The decorating is eclectic and interesting. Loved it!The futon bed in one of the bedrooms wasn't very comfortable but the other beds were fine. The PCH and the 101 are a short drive away. Cafe 27, on hwy 27, has great food if you want to go somewhere close by. There's also a charming outdoor theater along hwy 27 for those who like to take in a play in a beautiful setting. Check-in was easy. We didn't get to meet Chris but he communicated with us in a timely manner. Thanks for the nice stay! I would definitely return if I was in the area again.

Wonderful location and great open space inside and on the deck, with great views!

We had a gathering of family from numerous locations (Vermont, New Hampshire, Arizona and California) and this home was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for 6 people to stay and 12 people to gather for meals and to just spend time together. The weather was a little chilly, so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would have liked, but when it was warm enough we thoroughly enjoyed the large deck. The property is a very short walk to the Topanga State Park and all of its trails, which we hiked on daily. All in all a great place and Chris was a wonderful, responsive host! Thanks!

We are artists who love nature. I am a music producer/ writer, my wife is a Choreographer and Dancer. We have been living in Topanga since 1997 and married for 27 years. We have two children who we love and adore.

Why they chose this property

This is our home in Topanga but we do travel. We have a small apt that is downstairs that we sometime stay in, but it is separate entrance.

What makes this property unique

Hiking through the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains is what attracted us to this place. And Topanga has a really small town feel, with country coffee shops and stores but we are 20 mins from the best city in the world- Los Angeles with MOCA the Getty and many more museums and cultural events very very close.
