THE PROPERTY: Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this comfortably furnished duplex home comes with Key West charm and contemporary touches. Walkable to many shops and attractions, you will feel like a local in no time. Only two blocks to Duval Street, you can relax and enjoy your time here, whether you select the upper or lower floor of this home.

The entire house includes a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each floor has a king bedroom, with brand new mini-split AC, an ensuite bath and tub/shower combination. There is a living room sleeper sofa on each level for a child or additional guest. From the lower-level bedroom, you can access the shared outdoor area via French doors. From the upper-level bedroom, you can access your covered porch via French doors.

You will find the open concept living areas cool and inviting, with brand new mini-split AC's. The living rooms are comfortably furnished and awash in soothing colors. Cooking is a breeze in this amply equipped kitchen with corner cabinetry, open shelves, and gas range. Note: neither kitchen has a dishwasher. The home has several windows which allow natural light to filter through. The second floor includes vaulted ceilings, adding to the airy feel of the residence.

If you only need to book one of the two spaces, please explore the first-floor home by searching for “Poinciana Garden” or the second-floor home by searching for “Poinciana Treetop”. No matter which you choose, you will surely enjoy your Key West vacation!

BED CONFIGURATION: Each king bedroom has nightstands, a TV and ensuite bathroom, mini-split AC with a tub /shower combination. There is a single person sleeper sofa in each unit, for up to 6 guests total.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Open the French doors from your bedroom at Poinciana Garden and step out onto its first-floor porch. The French doors off the bedroom at Poinciana Treetop lead to your covered second floor porch. In the back yard there is a shared gas grill and washer/dryer, lush garden, chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set. *Please note this property no longer has a hot tub.*

PARKING: If renting both the upper and lower levels of the home, there is on-site parking for two smaller cars (one space per floor), as well as a bicycle rack for securing your bikes. Please note this home is on a tiny one-way lane.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, North of Truman and 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval Street. A majority of the best Key West attractions are located here as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun, and conch style homes. You will enjoy being right in the middle of everything!

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

When booking this; one thing we were looking for was the right location and this place was dead smack in the heart of everything important to us. We had both the 1st and 2nd floor and our friends as well as ourselves felt it was well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Loved it, Quiet & Walkable

Our weekend stay at Poinciana Paradise was delightful! The area was quiet and felt secluded, even though it was within walking distance of anything we needed. We only used the kitchen for coffee, which we enjoyed on the back porch, by the lovely yard. The rooms were bright, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and the place was very clean. Check-in was easy, as were the check-out instructions. The folks at the office were so kind when using their concierge service. Very accommodating as well, allowing us to stow our luggage in the "in between" time of check-out and our departure flight. Invaluable. I would definitely rent from this company again, and would love to even stay in this same property again!

The property management company is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We traveled with another couple, so this property could not have been more perfect for us; we each had our own separate spaces but could sit together on the deck and enjoy drinks or a meal. It's just a great place to stay!

The location was perfect for us—far enough from Duval St. that we could sleep at night, but close enough to walk everywhere. It's on a tiny, quiet street too, so no traffic. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty soft & pillows massive, so I didn't sleep terribly well. Tip if you stay here: if you're planning on using the hot tub later, turn the heat up as soon as you get there, as it takes a while to go from where it was set @ 93 to a proper 104.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It was very clean and ac worked amazingly in the heat of July in key west. Location was really good. My only complaint would be the office girl from jersey. She was not very accommodating. It was 100+ degrees and we had our dogs with us. Even though the house was cleaned and ready for new guest, she wouldn’t allow an early check in or for us to even park at the house to avoid paying fees and searching the city for a spot. She gave many excuses that were ridiculous, one including that the bug man was coming to spray, even though he never showed up that day or the entire week we were there. I understand they don’t promise an early check in to be done , we knew from the reservation desk the house was empty the night before and should’ve been ready for us early on the day we arrived.
