SEA CONCH~ Amazing location with shared pool, deck, and parking!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy your stay in the tropics at Sea Conch, part of the highly touted "Queen Conch" complex, which includes 3 separate rentable units: Sea Conch, Horse Conch, and Rooster Conch. You can rent each unit separately or rent “Queen Conch” to enjoy all 3 units and ultimate privacy during your Key West vacation.

Sea Conch can be accessed via the home’s charming front porch where you can enjoy morning coffee or people watching. Sea Conch also includes your own covered back deck that overlooks the shared pool and courtyard area. The pool is shared with the two second floor units in this home - "Horse Conch" and "Rooster Conch."

Upon entering your vacation home, you will be delighted by the natural light, hardwood floors, cheerful Key West décor, and the work of local artists. The open concept living room area is large and includes pops of color, a flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for you and your guests. A white kitchen with subway tile, stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets is fully equipped and offers all the amenities of home. A drum chandelier and a large dining table with seating for eight complement the area. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living via the double French doors that open onto your covered deck and provide direct access to the pool area.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, closet, and dresser storage. Each ensuite bath has a large pedestal sink and tiled walk-in shower. Don’t delay, come out of your ‘shell’, and rent the stunning Sea Conch today!

BED CONFIGURATION: One bedroom contains a king size bed and TV; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The complex boasts lush tropical landscaping and palm trees. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The pool area is adorned with a dining table, umbrellas, and loungers. A shared gas grill allows you to cook your catch of the day! A shared washer/dryer is in a shed on the left side of the home near the pool.

PARKING: Sea Conch offers 1 designated off street parking spot for 1 vehicle.

LOCATION: Many Key West attractions are located nearby, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun, and conch-style homes. Enjoy café con leche down the street at Cuban Coffee Queen or combine it with lunch at 5 Brothers Sandwich Shop. Walk to dinner or drinks at Blue Heaven, Caroline’s Cafe, Fogarty's, Irish Kevin’s, or Sloppy Joe's. You will have many choices located within a 10-minute walk!

This is a fabulous property, with everything you could need in an excellent location….mid way on the island and couple blocks off Duval so easy walking and no noise. We have stayed here before and will come back again. The backyard is like an Oasis!

Historical Gem with pool!

Perfect home within walking distance of everything. After site seeing, the heated pool was a wonderful place to take a dip and relax. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends traveling to Key West.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having been to Key West only once, I knew the location of Sea Conch would be great. A very quiet neighborhood, but very accessible to Duval Street and many of the best Key West attractions. My friend drove his car to the property, and during our three days we never used it. The pictures in the listing were very accurate, the unit was excellent. As you walk in the front door, the two bedrooms are to your right and left, and then a short hallway leads to a very large living area. The front porch was great in the evening, and the pool area in back is beautiful. The unit had everything we needed, and the overall description of the property was spot on. We only had a couple questions to management, and they were answered immediately. My only complaint was you can hear footsteps in the units above, which can be a small issue in the middle of the night. In short, I highly recommend this property based on location, layout, cleanliness, and having everything in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding location / Immaculate

A perfect place for the 5 of us: Age 10 months to 77. We enjoyed the pool and quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk to some great local restaurants (Bob's on Margaret) and Duval St. We'll definitely return to this house and we'll use HKWVR again; top notch!

Excellent Experience for the entire family

This was our family's first time in Key West. The location of the property was perfect. The property management team went over and beyond to make this a lovely vacation. The house was beautiful and at the end of a busy day around town the pool was a perfect oasis to rest and cool off. We will definitely be back!
