This was my fourth time to stay in this house. It is comfortable and accommodates all members of our family, so whether I travel alone to take the whole family. We cook a lot when staying here and this kitchen continues to meet my needs. The host is assessable if a problem arises, which rarely occurs. Very clean and convenient location. We enjoyed our stay at this cute lake house. The stairs to get to the second floor were a bit scary but we just walked very slowly up and down them! Comfortable beds and beautiful views.

Location was great. Lake was fairly quiet with not much boat traffic making it easy to kayak and paddleboard. Kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, condiments. Master bed and bath seemed recently renovated. The camp in general needs a little work. Close to 3 golf courses and grocery store.

We had a great week. The house has a great view of the lake, with beautiful sunsets. 3 kayaks, a canoe, and 2 paddle boards were available to explore Sabbathday Lake’s loons and eagle. Comfortable beds with a great master, although one must walk through one of the upstairs bedrooms to get there. There are pretty good food options (at least for breakfast/lunch) and a Henneford’s grocery store nearby. We went to dinner in Portland 3 times (30-35 minutes away).

Family vacation

The property on the lake was just what we needed. We enjoyed coffee and reading on the deck and dock. It was wonderful to use the kayaks and paddle boards. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the cooking tools you could need. It is close by many great things to visit.
