Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Theresa Andersen

I grew up in the Hudson Valley and traveled a bit in my 20s and came back to the Hudson Valley. There's nowhere quite like it! I spent my career as an HR Director meeting all kinds of people and that's part of what I love about being a host - the great people I've gotten to meet from different parts of the region, the country and the world.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because it's a great mix of people, close to the Hudson River and yet so close to the Kingston Waterfront, great music, great restaurants and great natural spaces to explore.
What makes this property unique
Even though we're in a suburban neighborhood, once you turn the corner and come through the gate- it's a peaceful, restful space. You'll have a private patio, separate entrance and a tranquil and comfortable space to relax and enjoy your time.
I also bake fresh muffins each weekend morning (Friday-Sunday) that will be waiting in a container on the table on patio for you by 8am.
