Quaint little 2 bedroom 2 bath single family right on Boot Key Harbor! The porch overlooks the harbor where you can sit out and enjoy beautiful sunset skies and watching boats pass by. This home features a spacious living room and dining area with an open kitchen. The master bedroom features a King bed and its own private en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a sink & closet separate from the shower and toilet. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of room for trailer parking. Ideal boating location with access to both Atlantic and Gulf.

***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

Max Boat Length: up to 30ft boat will fit. The property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then 2 vehicles and one trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motor homes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Great location

Location is wonderful right in front of all sailboats beautiful view -home is clean but outdated -We couldn’t get in the home when we arrived because the lock wA so old & stuck They should have replaced the lock a long time ago -however someone came quick to let us in & they replaced the lock in 2 days

Beautiful View nicely decroated. but smells of mildew and mold.

You walk in and the home is decorated really well. The view is terrific. But the smell is awful. Emptying the de-humidifiers was a real pain in the ass. We could not use the one bedroom because it smelled so bad. Serious mold and mildew issues. I woke up with snot all over my face from draining sinuses. Leaving doors open as much as possible helps with the odor.

Great Harbor Location

Dated but well maintained and updated house on the water. Clean and well appointed. Slightly disappointing that you can't really swim outside the dock, but need to take a boat to open waters. A perfect place if you have a boat.

Most definitely the perfect place to stay would stay there again you cant beat the view loved it

We loved the house the beautiful view when you sit out on the deck you can see the sun rise looking to your left and see the sun rise from your right then there was a full moon while we were there seen that from there also overall a perfect place to stay and will definitely stay there again marathon has alot to do we kayaked they the mangroves took by plane ride road on a boat ride around the keys went to key west and rented bikes to drive to zero mile then to Mallory square to see the most beautiful sunset and to top it all off our son got married at Isla bella resort in the beach and the most beautiful place to have a wedding so I would definitely stay here again

Amazing!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Clean, well kept and best of all, it's right on the water. It's not too far from any place in the keys. The owners also left a nice basket of necessities as well as a bottle of wine. Memories were made here. Would come back in a heart beat.

Boot Key Harbor

Great harbor view with easy access to points of interest. Views from kitchen/dining and living room - with a very large master and master bathroom. Nice "WELCOME BASKET" provided with various items to make your stay easier and more enjoyable. Overall cleanliness was good with some items needing a few updates: new outdoor furniture needed and was delivered while we were staying - several hours enjoying the harbor view and relaxing with the breeze. Sofa is a sleeper sofa missing mattress causing the sofa to be a bit uncomfortable, great recliner and other optional seating available. New mattress would be a great improvement and was not able to get the grill to work. The positives totally made up for those few negatives and they are working on getting those resolved. Met the owner while there - Tom was very kind and helpful in setting up some whips for mooring the boat, Looking forward to next year and reserving again!

Very nice location, loved the porch and living space

Location in the middle keys is very nice, and this location on the north side of the Seven Mile bridge is particularly nice and in close proximity of many outdoor activities. We stayed during the first week of April and the seas were very calm everywhere during our entire stay. Loved the porch and waking up in the morning and just relaxing with a coffee, iPad, and the great view. One day a Great Blue Heron landed on the sea wall and proceeded to walk up the steps and onto the porch (looking for handouts I guess). The large inside living area is surrounded by ten large glass door walls. Loved all the glass, the view, and openness this provided from the inside. Quick and responsive communication with property administrator, and quick return of deposit. Thank you!!!
