. Soft hot water. (tankless). 12 mins away from downtown & ski area. The View the best in Ruidoso. large patio area. Basketball court .Private secure parking area. Access to built- in BBQ and large deck. 3 casinos and racetrack all 15mins away. WFi included. salt water purification for soft shower. DVD movies ,purified drinking water and coffee included.Our quest said pictures do not give the scenic panoramic view justice. NO stairs or steps to climb. GATED concrete patio. SPA/Hot tub closed Nov1 thru March 31 .Closed during inclement weather( high winds ,cold temp) during open dates16 and older
