Welcome to Majestic Manor, a spacious 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat located in the exclusive gated community of Champions Gate. Perfect for large families or groups, this beautifully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests and offers the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and fun.

On the first floor, you’ll find two king bedrooms, one with a private ensuite, plus an additional full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, the thoughtfully designed layout continues with a mix of king, queen, and full bedrooms, including two themed rooms the kids will love—a princess-inspired suite with 2 full and 2 twin beds, and a Mickey-decorated bedroom with 2 full beds. Multiple shared and private bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone.

Entertainment is at the heart of Majestic Manor. The Mickey Frame games room features a pool table, table football, and air hockey for endless family fun. After a day of adventure, relax in the open living area or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

We Had A Wonderful Time ,We Loved This Vacation House, Every Thing Was Clean, The Beds Were Very Nice & Comfortable , We All Slept Like A Baby lol. From This Location The Traffic Was Horrible But Thats The Only Thing. & We Loved The Resort. Overall Stay Was A 10/10. I Highly Recommend This Property & Definitely Would Rent Again.

Best vacation ever

The house was amazing it was just as the pictures described the only downside was there wasn't enough dishes and towels for our party but that was ok Walmart was like a 20 minute drive so we bought plastic plates and bowls. But overall we all had an awesome stay. I will definitely stay again.

Reunion

Enough space was expressed by several family members. Much better than our last reunion. Only complaint was the checking in at gate. Very long lines every day. I sent the names of drivers twice and some never got on list and had to wait in long lines every time they went out. Not enough forks . You should also mention where the cable code is because we did not have Wi-Fi until Tuesday. Saying that a good time was had by all

Needs a good deep clean and updated beds

We recently stayed here with 4 families. House provided adequate space for all family members to have own private bedroom, which was great. But, the beds all seemed to be very used with "sink holes" in them. Which wasn't very comfortable. In addition, the house seemed beat up more so than the pictures provided and was not very clean. The house needs a good deep clean!! Lastly, there was an issue with the pool heater - management worked hard to get the issue resolved, which took all week. Thankfully they reimbursed us for the pool heater cost. Unfortunately, we won't be staying here again.

Nice Place, Some Cons to Location

The house was very nice and didn't disappoint. It's the location that was a problem. There are only two gated entrances. Both were constantly backed up. Cars didn't know which lane to be in, for first time visitors. I wasn't in the system, at all, when I arrived on a Sunday. Spent several hours getting that sorted out (property management were great). There was definitely a lot of loud people around the weekends. Our last night there, I sat in line to get into the neighborhood, for over an hour, because of so many new people checking in and no one directing them which lane to be in. Not to mention people cutting everyone off, near the entrance. If you're visiting during the week, this place is great. Weekends or holidays, better plan to be waiting for a long time, every time you are trying to go back in.

Champions Gate - Moon Valley

The house was huge and really perfect for our family of 13. There were some issues with damp bath towels that were folded and put in closets - we simply tossed them in the dryer to let them finish drying. The dishwasher did not dry the dishes (heated dry) so the dishes had to be hand dried. The pool, although smaller than some others we’ve rented, was a lot of fun and really the perfect size for us. There were no pool chairs at this house, although the neighboring homes had them. It would’ve been nice to have a couple pool chairs available. Check in and check out was a breeze! Remember to bring your own dish and drying cloths - we had to go buy some. We came from MN and drove with a car full of supplies. Not sure how people who fly are able to buy and take those things home after their stay. (Maybe just donate it to the home?) Overall we had a terrific time. The neighbors are quite close, so the quiet hours are appreciated for the young children & tired parents we had with us. The weather was absolutely amazing and we had a great week in this huge home.

This property was as advertised and much more. The only problem we had was a leaky/clogged garage disposal, but was fixed during our stay. I highly recommend this property to other family, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Home

We rented this property for a family vacation and it was amazing . More than enough room for my big family. There are some things I would add, better kitchen utensils, pots and pans and towels. We purchased a paper towel holder that we left for future guest. One bedroom (double queen room) needs a new mattress because it was partially sunken in. Grill rental was a little difficult initially but it worked out in the end. Overall things were close to perfect! We would love to stay here again.

BEWARE!!

We stayed here for 9 days and let me just say - READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING. Upon arrival the house was filthy. We found food all over the floor, sticky stuff everywhere, floors are all banged up and paint removed in several places, game room equipment was all broken and the worst was the ROACHES! This made me not only angry that the house was so dirty upon our arrival but I read back in November another review that this house needed to be fumigated and I reached out the management company and specifically asked about the bugs. I was told that it was an angry/unhappy guest and that there was no truth behind it. I believed them. We checked in on a Friday and over the weekend we killed probably 100 roaches in the kitchen and several bathrooms. I reached out the management company and they sent their guy out and he didn't see anything. We saw several more that night and before they would send out pest control I had to send pictures of the roaches. I was beyond upset that this was even an issue. After going back and forth with the management company I ended up with a credit for the pool heat that we paid for but I don't think that was sufficient for all the issues we had. I will add that this house is not child friendly either. Glass table tops everywhere, cords from the TV's are hanging everywhere and cable boxes are on the floor. From a sanitary point, not only is the house dirty and has roaches but the beds don't have mattress protectors on them and several of the beds have yellow stains on the mattresses from what appears to be urine. They did refund $170 but that is no where what someone would expect after having to spend days of their vacation cleaning an home that should have been cleaned before we arrived. Killing roaches daily was a nightmare. We had to throw away so much food in fear that they found their way into the food.

too much fine print

Did not read about the hot tub needing to be booked ahead, was told it would take 243-48 hours to heat up and $%.00 a day (no problem if we had KNOWN AHEAD) also I wrote, if they did turn it on ???? it never got hot., only 2 of the televisions worked, some had dead batteries, some had none., a problem as many age ranges and some use to watching TV in bed. Place was great, would have been nice to have windex for the glass tabletops and a mop for the floor.

Our family of 17 spent 5 days here. We were all very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Beds very comfortable. Had to call maintenance for a couple issues that were quickly taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

There was plenty of room for my family of 20. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool after spending a day at Disney World. Really recommend this house...the only thing there are no kitchen towels, which I learned from other reviews so I just packed some of my own.

The house itself and the decor is beautiful.. Theres a big issue and the house needs to be fumigated ASAP. There was mold on the pillows by the pool scrapes on the walls the tv upstairs in the main sitting area was missing a cable/power cord. The bathroom upstairs to the right when u turn on the cold...the water doesn't come out.. there needs to be some maintenance and upgrades

Nice Property

Our family enjoyed our stay at Champions Gate, Moon Valley Drive. There were just a couple o things that could easily be fixed. The home is huge and did not have enough bath towels, we were constantly doing laundry. Also, it might be helpful to your guests to have two coffee pots, as one 12 pot would not accommodate a large group. Also, the utensils and pans to cook with were limited. We purchased nice pan to fry in and left it there for future guests. The pool was small, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood was not so good. Seemed the police were there every day and night doing some type of investigation. Even so, I didn’t feel unsafe at all, just a little uneasy. Overall, the house was nice.
