Perfect Saratoga Springs location

Comfortable three bedroom home with two full bathrooms. Private home has washer and dryer, dishwasher, Weber gas grill, full yard with deck. All linens, cookware and coffee maker provided. Soap, shampoo, razors and pretty much anything you might need available. Uber and restaurant delivery available to the home. House is bright and airy. Very homey and comfortable with spacious rooms.

We went in knowing that it’s a very clean, older property in a nice quiet neighborhood and it didn’t disappoint. Great central location for all that we wanted to do. The house is fully stocked with all of the essentials, which was great after a recent VRBO stay in NC. Check in and out were seamless as was communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean & tidy. I liked that it was so close to everything. Instructions were clear. The only thing I would suggest is that if you plan to do a lot of cooking bring some serving spoons and Bowls, foil and that sort of thing. As described there was basic cooking pots and pans, dishes and that sort of thing. Bathrooms had plenty of big fluffy towels & amenities. There is a nice big deck where we spent several meals.

We stayed here for three weeks while transitioning to the Saratoga Springs area, and it was exactly what we needed. The home was well kept and had everything we could have asked for, including a great kitchen, plenty of storage, and very comfortable beds.The hosts were some of the best we’ve experienced on VRBO—responsive, thoughtful, and always available when we needed anything. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Ballston Spa, and about 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. It was an excellent home base for exploring Saratoga Springs and the Capital Region.

Clean, quiet, perfect location
