Welcome to OutlookMiler - your 3BR retreat in the heart of Saratoga Springs. The home is walkable to both the Broadway and Arts district while the Amtrak station is less than a mile. Saratoga Race Track, SPAC, Skidmore College and more are accessible within minutes.
Whether you are looking to enjoy a day at the races, attend a concert, hike/ski nearby, soak-up lake life, book a spa day and more, OutlookMiler offers you a cozy and comfortable home while in the neighborhood.
3BR/1.5BATH with both indoor and outdoor dwelling spaces for a family, friend, bachelor / bachelorette, getaway weekend or long-term stay.
The split level ranch offers all living, kitchen and bedrooms on the top floor while laundry, a dedicated working area (high speed WiFi available on the property) and game room can be found on the lower level.
We have two cameras located on the front of the home - one located off the garage and one within the doorbell. An additional camera is located off the back shed.
The home is happy to host short, mid and long-term stays. Inquire for more information.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all windows and doors are locked before you check out
Please keep all used beds unmade and toss any used towels on the main bathroom floor
Please place all dirty kitchen items in the dishwasher and turn on
Please turn off any AC or heating units
Please toss any garbage and/or recycling in the large bins located in the front of the home
Check out time is 10AM
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are thrilled to be hosting here in Saratoga Springs - our home and favorite place. We love to be outdoors enjoying all that the Capital Region has to offer such as hiking, snowboarding, gardening and more.

This is our first home :) and its the perfect location to host others so that they may create just as many memories as we did!
What makes this property unique
This space is our first home. We completely redid the space from its original state so each room offers a comfortable and intentional design. The home is so well located in the heart of Saratoga where you may walk to town, SPAC, the Amtrak station and more.
