We loved our stay in condo C1. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the unit was clean and comfy. We walked 2 minutes to get to the beautiful beach and used the pool as well. We would definitely recommend and would go back ourselves!

The place was as described and more. Nicely furnished, and supplied, very clean. If you are looking for peace, and tranquility this is your place. Neither the beach, or the pool were crowded. Check in and check out were simple. Had one question when we checked in, and the owner responded within minutes. This is for sure on the list of places, we will recommend and recent. Townhouse was very clean and close to beach. We hadn’t stayed on this side of New Smyrna Beach before but loved the beach. Life guard was stationed at beach entrance near townhouse.

We rented this property on short notice and was skeptical if it would be a nice place to stay. The location is perfect and the actual unit is very nice. Everything has been updated and makes you feel at home. I will definitely be going back to this rental in the future.

Family fishing trip

This property was very clean, and beds very comfortable. The townhouse was very roomy. We loved having a garage where we could store our fishing and beach gear. The garage was not big enough for our boat. But there was enough parking in front for the boat and two large trucks.

Great Find!

My family has been staying out at NSB several times a year for a very long time. This is the first time we tried Oceanview Village. My husband loved the garage. We kept our blow up paddleboard’s in there plus our car. I loved that it was very clean and organized. My kids loved that we could bring our Boxer. The complex itself was quiet and very pet friendly. I am glad we found this rental. We will definitely be staying here again!

We spent the entire month of April in this lovely little condo. It perfectly fit our needs; clean, quiet, comfortable, with a great location on the non-drive beach. It’s far enough away from Flagler Ave to avoid the crowds, but still easily accessible by car for shops, dining and nightlife. The non-heated pool is beach front, and a great place to spend the day during high tide. The chairs on the seawall are perfect for watching dolphins or the sunrise. But be warned, put on bug spray, the no see ums can be bad there during dawn and dusk. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils There are plenty of beach chairs , floats, and umbrellas in the garage. The only disappointment for us was that the grill provided was charcoal. We ended up buying a cheap camp grill at Walmart for ease of cooking. We thoroughly our stay in C1 Oceanside Village, and are already looking forward to next year!

This condo had everything..Don’t hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed. Being able to bring our pet made it so much more enjoyable and less stress knowing we did not have to board her. Pet fee and extra fees higher than normal.

Great property, very close to the beach - just absolutely beautiful! Tara was so great when I had questions and responded very promptly. It’s also close to anything you’d need while visiting. The pool was a little cool but still tolerable for my 8 month old. Overall it was fun and a great place to stay. Will stay again!

Perfect Getaway

Our party consisted of four adults and one toddler (2.5). This townhome was the perfect size and very homey. We loved our time here and will definitely consider coming back in the future. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was fairly empty throughout our stay (an added bonus). The bedrooms were much larger than expected and we had plenty of closet space and other storage. Having a garage and grill were also great! There isn’t a ramp to get to the beach, so it was tricky getting all of our stuff down the stairs. The sea wall also didn’t have a fence, so we had to watch our little one very closely in that area. It was a beautiful, unrestricted view of the ocean, just not great for curious toddlers. Overall, it was a great stay and we didn’t want to leave!

NSB Wedding Anniversary Vacation

Excellent location and property

We will definitely bookmark this place for future vacations. The property was clean and easy to maintain. We stayed for 9 days and it was perfect. Right near the beach and very close to dollar general so we could easily get groceries. The house was well decorated and had a nice feel. It was also fully stocked with whatever you needed besides food of course!
