Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. We had a fabulous stay at the townhome as we lake hopped around the region! The host was a delight to work with and the place was as represented. Quite spacious for us, well equiped, and the outdoor patio was lovely for relaxing after a long day. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again when back in the area. Thank you!!

Good sized apartment for our family of four vacation. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Despite the walk to town being down a steep hill and dark at night, it was good not having to always rely on driving. We enjoyed our stay in this secluded apartment complex.

Overall, our stay was good. We contacted the property owner regarding some issues, and response time was reasonable. The issues were not resolved during our stay, but owner is aware (kitchen sink drain leaking, downstairs shower leaks out to the floor causing the floor to be raised). These issues did not affect our stay and itinerary. We enjoyed the area and will visit again!

Issues were easily resolved the day I was notified. Kitchen sink drain was loose and easily tightened. Shower door was caulked to stop leak.

This place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Placid. Walkable down to Main Street shops and restaurants. Clean space and kitchen had all necessary amenities. Plenty of space and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a great area. The place itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

House was extremely close to downtown restaurants. We dined at a different location for dinner each night. We dined at Breakfast Club each morning before our day excursions in our motorcycles. We think the week prior to Memorial Day was perfect. No extreme crowds and no waits to eat.Amenities were great, to include the washer and dryer as we used those everyday.

We loved the location, the fact that we were an end unit and the best was 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Perfect for our weekend away with friends! Our host was responsive to all our questions! It was convenient to downtown!

A nice quiet walk off the beaten path of lake placid. Very walkable to town and mirror lake to the various restaurants/ shops. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and the bedrooms had plenty of extra linens and bedding. The host was completely accessible for any questions or concerns. I was transparent with the host and would have liked the outdoor deck to have been in better condition ( including the grill utensils left out and uncovered from previous guests). We didn't use the grill or seating, too much work to get it together. We had a busy weekend so it was nice to come back to a quiet place.
