With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a chef's kitchen, the spacious 2100 square foot midcentury home sits on one story. Modern amenities, bluetooth speakers that play music you love, and eco-luxurious beds will make you feel right at home in the Willamette.
A midcentury home, the space was re-envisioned by a local interior designer in 2021.
The space honors the fearless young winemakers who established the Willamette. Artwork around the house hung like family portraits speaks to the history of the Valley. You’re welcomed into the space by David Lett, the founding father and creator of Eyrie Vineyards, a highly-respected winery in McMinnville. Susan Sokol Blosser graces the dining room. Pat and Joe Campbell of Elk Cove look over guests in a bedroom. And Dick Erath pairs with the burgundy leather armchair and the winemaker hats in the living room. Wine and dine while being inspired by those who started the Willamette wine movement.
The interior design is inspired by the Valley’s winemakers, too – plenty of plaid, denim pillows, beanies and brimmed hats, and leather chairs – an homage to the "uniforms" Willamette winemakers have worn, past and present.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The master bedroom features a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a rain shower, sinks for two, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king size bed and a large closet for all of your belongings. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a cedar closet and a desk. Both bedrooms have organic mattresses and eco-friendly linens. Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and bathrobes are all provided.
Kitchen and Dining Area:
We love cooking, so we’ve outfitted the kitchen with everything an aspiring chef needs to feel at home. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances. You’ll love preparing dinner on the Jenn Air 6-burner range or baking in the convection oven.
The bespoke dining table is handmade by a local craftsman. Created from local salvaged wood and lovingly handcrafted by a team of woodworking artisans, the table seats six.
Entry Room & Living Room:
Lounge-y furniture throughout the rambler gives you the opportunity to relax, curl up and read a book, or stay in and watch a movie. There are two living rooms with comfortable couches – plenty of room to spread out and settle in.
The entry living room features a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Apple TV. With seating for 6, you can gather your friends and family around for a night of movies. Or, lounge in the living room and play a game of card while you overlook the backyard with large Douglas Fir tree and built-in fire pit.
Backyard
One of our favorite spots on the property, our beautiful backyard has an old growth Douglas Fir, two Chardonnay vines, a fire pit and four locally made cedar Adirondacks for relaxing while sipping your favorite wine.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. The garage is locked and off limits (don’t worry, there is off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles). Both indoor fireplaces are off limits due to insurance restrictions. However, please feel free to use the fireplace candles to give the living room that cozy feeling.

We want to give you your space so you can enjoy your stay. We can always be reached during your stay via Airbnb messenger and phone. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

One is at the front of the house on the tree facing the front door, and the other is in the back corner under the roof. These are installed for the sole purpose of maintaining a safe home. During your stay, the cameras are on only during late night hours to ensure you and the property are protected. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
