Newly renovated 2BR/2BA Golf Course condo in Seascape Resort

Terrific ground floor, golf course condo in Seascape Resort. Enjoy a peaceful stay in one of the area's premier beach, golf and tennis resorts. This 2BR/2BA unit has been completely renovated for your comfort and enjoyment. New expanded kitchen, both baths, furniture, paint and more.

The condo's expansive shaded patio overlooks the 13th hole of the championship Seascape Golf Course, and is just a short jaunt to the beach access or world-class Tennis Center.

The MBR features a new king bed and completely updated master bath with twin vanities and an enlarged walk-in glass shower. The second BR has a queen bed with a twin bunk over. The second full bath is across the hall from the second BR and also has access from the living areas. The new kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room and dining room are both spacious. There is also a dining table outside, along with a porch swing for those lazy afternoons (or mornings).

There are ceiling fans and HDTV's throughout. Cable TV and high-speed internet are provided. Full-size washer and dryer in the condo. Parking is right outside the unit, a lockable storage area is provided, and there are no stairs to climb.

This is a non-smoking condo with no pets allowed. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. And please note that during the summer season (June until mid-August) the unit rents on a weekly basis ONLY, Saturday to Saturday. Call for last minute specials

A Summer Break

This is a nice, comfortable condo. We enjoyed the outside swing and being on the golf course. Steve was great to work with during our stay. It is a little farther from the beach than we normally like, but we liked the access at the Whale's Tail. All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip, and we would stay there again!
