We are not currently booking for 2025 summer season. Please check back after Labor Day for availability and pricing.

Awake to a gorgeous sunrise each morning from the deck of your oceanfront rental. The house is situated on a private beach, and comfortably accommodates 10 guests with 5 bedrooms (2 queen, 6 twin) and 2 ½ baths. Great for large or extended families. Outdoor shower, summer kitchen, and a water closet. Plenty of driveway parking. Billiards/bar/flat screen tv for indoor enjoyment after a long day in the sun.

Relax on your lounger out on the ‘poop deck’ overlooking the beach and the ocean. Head down to the sand and surf for a swim or a ride on a raft - no beach badges needed here. Enjoy cocktails and meals while you take in the ocean views from an expansive deck.

Located a few blocks south of jenkinson’s and the boardwalk, you’re far enough away from the crowds to enjoy a private beach experience but close enough to easily walk to the rides, restaurants and mini-golf!

Perfect getaway

Even thigh it was January I just lived watching the sunrise every morning. Close to great restaurants and comfortable sleeping or hanging out in different parts of the house. Owner is really nice guy and made us feel very comfortable

Our Jersey Shore Getaway

Mike was welcoming from check-in to check-out. The property was ideal for a beach getaway. The family sitting area beachside was relaxed and an ideal size for our family. The TV area at the front of the house was perfectly located and it accommodated a large group. Our family particularly enjoyed the seating area outside that was at the crest of the dunes, one could relax and view the ocean while having a beverage.

Great family vacation spot

There were 10 of us in all, ranging in age from 5 to almost 70. The house was perfect for all of us, and the direct access to the private beach area was great. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Time

Such a beautiful home. We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving and spending time with our Family on the beach, at the Jersey Shore. Thank you to our Hosts who were great and very accommodating. Very much appreciated.

The house is very spacious and offers areas for children to play as well as adult spaces.

Everyone had a terrific time. The location is wonderful. Private beach so you are not surrounded by others. Plenty of parking

Beach Family Getaway

Beautiful clean family home. Enough bedrooms and space for us all to eat, hang and relax. Beach distance and access was amazing. Would absolutely rent again and again!

Spectacular view!

I can't say enough about the fabulous location of this home. The views from the deck and Florida room were sensational! There was plenty of space and excellent views in the living areas, plus a recreation room downstairs with a pool table, bar, and laundry room. The kitchen was a bit small but still very doable. Our only disappointment was that we hadn't known that there would be no sheets, blankets, or towels. No hairdryers or even much bathroom tissue. The owner was good enough to loan some sheets, and found some beach towels that had been stored away. My sister who lives in town also brought over some sheets and pillow cases. A service is normally available to provide these items, however, the service was not in operation off-season (November). We still enjoyed our stay immensely and are planning to return next summer. The owner came by several times to check in on us and was very pleasant and accommodating.
