About this property

So close to the beach! Beautifully renovated villa 3BD 3BA. Fairway Oaks W Beach

What drew us to this place was that we could hear the ocean calling us from our private deck and then be digging our toes in the sand after a 2 minute walk to the nearest boardwalk leading to the beach. We hope that you and your family will also be drawn to our recently renovated family friendly end-unit villa for these reasons and so much more. Relaxation and creating beautiful memories is our hope for you as you rest and take advantage of the fantastic location of this West Beach villa, just a short bike or car ride to Freshfields Market and a charming town center full of restaurants, premier shops and services.

Our bright, spacious open living and dining area are ideal for your family and friends to unwind on the comfy couch, play a board game, and/or convene at the dining table to share a meal. Our kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and bakeware and even a new dual function coffeemaker. You can enjoy your beverage on the back deck as the sun peaks through the tall trees or on a quiet evening. The three bedrooms all have attached bathrooms which have been updated with modern tiles, vanities and soothing large rainshower heads. Although our villa has beds for 6 people, there is a modular sofa to accommodate at least 1 more person. With 1500 sq ft, one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second, there is plenty of room to enjoy each others’ company but then seclude oneself for some “me” time!

Kiawah Island is unique in that it is a gated, safe and secluded sanctuary. Our villa is in a part of the island where there is the easiest access to the main entrance, Freshfields Village Market and you are just minutes away from The Sanctuary and Night Heron Park. The newly built Cougar Point clubhouse and the Conference center are a few minutes walk away. The proximity to the beach is the most attractive attribute of this villa, just a two minute walk to the boardwalk leading to 10-miles of sandy beach. Bike rental companies are available and the bike path before the Sandcastle takes you straight to the beach in a minute.

The host is so kind and responsive. I was on the island for a wedding and this location was perfect for us. The welcome party was at the sand castle which was a 2 minute WALK away. The wedding shuttles also used the sand castle as a drop off/pick up point so that was perfect. The rooms were cozy and the fact that each room had its own bathroom was fantastic. Please consider this place if you’re ever in town. Will book again

The owner was extremely accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. The listing claims newly renovated however the furniture is dated and the deck furniture rusted and dirty. The walls are also in dire need of a coat of paint. The location was excellent offering a short walk to the beach.The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet and pretty neighborhood. We will stay here again at some point .

We have happily settled to the South after spending our lives in the cooler Northeast. We love the outdoors and the serene landscapes of Kiawah to decompress. Friends and family are most precious to us and we love bringing them to our villa.

Why they chose this property

We needed a place so that we could be enjoying the beach within a few minutes of our villa. The nearest boardwalk is a 2 minute walk so there is minimal to no whining from the kids. :) We love the feeling of seclusion that this end-unit villa gives us yet we are so close the beach and other amenities. One of the most convenient locations in Kiawah!

What makes this property unique

The floor plan provides comfort and much needed privacy for all who stay. Each bedroom is attached to a bathroom and has walk-in closets. We love that we can snuggle at home or be on the beach in minutes, ultimately relaxing and enjoying this gated island. Our property is in a coveted location with the easiest access to the beach and conference center.
