Great tourist spot for seeing the area.

Lovely spacious condo for 5 adults. We especially enjoyed the walking tour of the development/former state hospital. Close to many sites, with great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well appointWould absolutely stay here again if in the area.

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was spotless. Unique, fun place with great restaurants on the grounds. Common Ground bakery is nearby (pear danish, croissants, best bread). Highly recommend this condo.

Our biking trip to the Traverse Bay Area was greatly enhanced by the opportunity to all stay together at this spacious condo. Our time together in the mornings planning our rides and in the evenings re-hashing the day added to the great memories made.
Ready for our morning ride.

Very interesting place to stay. It retains its historical feel while having all the modern conveniences you need. An example would be all the electric and charging connections. We loved the balcony overlooking the complex. The location is excellent, and there are lots of cute shops and good restaurants in the same building.

Such a great condo in a really cool historical area. We loved the tall ceilings and big spaces for our family to hang out. Spent time in the large balcony in the evening and loved being able to run downstairs for coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. The unit was clean and just as the host described. I would stay here again! Loved it!

A Terrific Place!

My family and I just spent two weeks at this very fine Vrbo in an historic building. It’s just as the website describes……high ceilings were the best…..marble and terrazzo floors…nice area rugs….well-appointed kitchen….etc. Just as important to our stay, our host, Beth, was personable, professional, and quick to respond to all of our questions. We’ll definitely try to stay here again someday when we return to Traverse City.
