Welcome to 12 Blazing Star Drive, an elegant WaterColor home combining modern design and Southern charm. Overlooking Dragonfly Park, this inviting residence features two spacious living areas, designer interiors, and thoughtful amenities ideal for families and groups.

The open-concept main floor includes a bright living area with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The adjoining gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a premium gas range. The island seats four, while the dining area comfortably seats six. French doors open to a screened porch with relaxed seating and beautiful park views.

A first-floor primary suite offers a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. This level also includes a laundry room, office nook, and half bath.

Upstairs, guests will find a second living area and four additional bedrooms. The second primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom with dual vanities and a double shower, and access to a private balcony. Across the hall, a king suite offers its own private bathroom, while a queen guest room and bunk room share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

Beautiful house! We loved our stay!

The company was great to work with from beginning to end. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the golf cart and used it to get to the beach and for our quick trips to the grocery store or to Seaside! We will definitely come back!

Great House

Could not have been happier with this property. My wife, daughter (17), and son (14) loved it! Location was perfect to enjoy the beach and all the Water Color amenities. Property was as listed and then some. Very very clean and spacious. Area at night was extremely quiet which was definitely appreciated. Additionally, the staff was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process.

Perfect size for Thanksgiving with family

Perfect for bridal party!

This property was everything we hoped for & more! My best friend got married in Watercolor, and we used this house for the female members of the bridal party. This house was the perfect location for all of us to get ready on the morning of the wedding. The house is modern, gorgeous, and very clean! No complaints from anyone in our group.

This a nice place within Watercolor. We have stayed in other places with a few more offerings (beach towels, chairs, 6 person updated golf cart, etc), but it's a nice place.

Great weekend away!

I was worried about the location because we have stayed at other rentals in Watercolor closer to the beach. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The provided golf cart was a great addition to use for transport to the beach or the various pools and restaurants. We had one small issue with the outdoor outlet used to charge the golf cart not working. The management were prompt with their response, less than 5 minutes, and got a maintenance crew over within an hour on a Sunday to repair. A+++ from us!

Family Vacation

We loved the property & the house was beautiful! We loved having a golf cart and bikes. It was nice to be away form the business of the beach & 30A. Beds are super comfortable & the kitchen had everything that we needed.The only issue was the refrigerator. It had to be looked a and fixed a few times while we were there. Just did not keep the food cold enough, however the property management was EXCELLENT with their promptness and everything was fixed. We could definitely sat again!

We came to town for a family girls trip and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The property was spotless, layout was awesome, beds comfortable (yay for king suites!), location great, and communication with management excellent. The golf cart and bikes were super convenient. We couldn’t have had a better time.

The only negative was we had neighbors that were smoking on their patio. As a house full of non-smokers, it was uninviting to be out there at the same time. But the property we had was lovely!
