Great location very pretty and very clean. Well stocked and furniture was lovely and comfortable. Host was so nice and so attentive and accommodating. Everything was really perfect. Definitely would stay there again. Even better than described in the listing.

We had a lovely stay at Blake & Debra’s. The condo is very thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything you could need. The overall property is quiet, relaxing, and a perfect location - walkable to The Montauket, Duryea’s & Navy Beach and a quick ride into town. They provided very clear instructions for check in/out and Debra reached out via text to ensure everything went smoothly.

This was our second time staying at this property!The property is exactly as described in the listing. The unit was quiet, very clean and well appointed. The view was amazing as well especially at sunset!! Rough Riders location allowed us to enjoy all of the Hamptons during a very busy 4th of July weekend!!!Thank you Debra once again for your amazing hospitality.

Exceptional host! Modern condo with lots of amenities and big deck. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could need including beach games, toys, board games, lots of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. You can tell that a former school teacher is the owner b/c it even has sharp pencils and sticky notes and was a fantastic communicator. We loved our time here and will be back.

Great vacation

We had a great stay at this place! We have two young kids (2yr and 4 mo) and the set up of this place worked out well for us! Quick walk to the bay side beach and the pool. Also a quick drive into town to go to the ocean beach (plenty of street parking during the week).

We had a wonderful time at this property! It has a large deck with wonderful ocean views. It was the perfect size for the three of us but could definitely sleep more. Quiet Memorial Day Weekend Escape

Loved our Memorial Day weekend escape here. Although the temperature was too cool for beach or swimming, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was so inviting; We loved the deck in early morning hours or late into evening. Deborah was so accommodating and helpful with whatever we asked help on. Would definitely love a repeat stay here in future.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

What a wonderful property. Beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and very well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments/coffee/tea, and a great selection of games for all ages. We loved the beautiful view, the beach, the well-kept pool area and the mellow vibe of the condo complex. The owner was very responsive and so nice. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful condo. Near town but not too close. Pool is lovely. Beach is literally at your doorstep. The condo itself has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels and lots of bedding options. My granddaughters loved all the games and puzzles. Would definitely recommend grilling on the beach one night and you will never see a prettier sunset!!!

Modern spacious condo a few minutes from town

We had a great weekend at Debra's condo. The condo is stocked with all the beach essentials and is beautifully decorated with modern hotel like touches. The deck is a great place to spend the afternoon and watch the sunset. We also loved that the condo was a short walk down the beach to Navy Beach and quick drive into town. Thanks again!

Wonderful week, wonderful host

This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

A perfect quiet spot to relax

The property was lovely and well-equipped, with gorgeous views over a peaceful bay. Big deck for hanging out in the evenings. Nearby fishing dock for our kid was a huge bonus. Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My husband, 9yo son, and I just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. The communication and check-in process were simple and easy, the condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was serene. We watched the sunsets each night and enjoyed the beautiful mornings from the large balcony. The host was fantastic and the size of the space was very comfortable. Highly recommend this option for future travelers to Montauk!

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

We had a wonderful stay at Debra and Blake’s condo! This was our 1st beach vacation with our baby and we had the best time. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you can imagine for a great trip to Montauk. The deck outside is a huge bonus with beautiful views, especially at sunset. Good location too with easy walking distance to many restaurants. Debra and Blake were wonderful host. Very responsive and want their guests to have a great and easy vacation! Can’t wait to go back!
