Completely updated unit featuring new exterior and interior paint and new floors. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All new furniture. The tall, vaulted ceiling gives a very open and spacious feel.

Additional features include TV, free WIFI, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We needed a place convenient to public transportation so we could go downtown everyday and this place was perfect for that. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the AC unit in the bedroom, as well!

Close to airport

Nice condo that is close to the airport and shopping and the freeway. Somewhat noisy because it’s so close to the freeway. Only one bath towel for 2 people. I found another old one in a drawer. They didn’t have any wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to find one in a drawer. Should put those amenities out for the guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen which was nice.

Perfect location for exploring Washington

My friend and I spent four nights here and it was the perfect place for us to get everything we wanted out of our trip to Washington! All of the amenities were provided, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we had no issues getting to and from the airport or the Seattle area. This was a fantastic bargain for $95 a night, and I would HIGHLY recommend this location over a hotel any day!

The property was as pictured but couldn’t get ahold of her the first night until a few hours after check in. We booked for four guest it says parking available but one of guest car had got towed. She had told us there was nothing she could do because there are assigned spots but we were not notified before hand. Other than that place and nice for a little quick stay.

My apologies for the miscommunication on check-in info. I’m sorry that your friend’s car got towed. Our info says that there is a designated parking for the unit. We never said that you can park anywhere since it’s a residential complex and all parking spots are designated. I have specifically told you that we DON’T allow parties in the unit and you replied with “of course” but you did not follow the rules and still did your party anyway. I’m so disappointed. Good luck.
