Finigins Hideaway Close to Airport/Free Parking, Laundry
Unique and tranquil hideaway with a rural feel and a short walk from the Starbucks in baggage claim. Hotels can't give you 2 comfy bedrooms, 3 electric fireplaces, a spacious living room/dining room/kitchen fully stocked with appliances big and small and a plethora of utensils. This daylight basement unit converted to cozy little mother-in-law apartment has a washer and dryer, free parking, and lots of incidentals saving you time and money. Cooking oil, spices, or Band-Aids for instance.
The backyard is nestled against a beautiful green belt separating it from the 5 start hotel Cedarbrook Lodge and the 4 star restaurant The Copper Leaf. The greenbelt provides virtual privacy and entertaining urban wildlife. There is a nice patio with a propane gas firepit for your unit.

I'm from "South Puget Sound" or "South Seattle" and have lived here for most of my life. I'm a retired project manager, just renting out the house in Seatac after having made it into a wonderful space to host.
Why they chose this property
I was born here, but I think I've always stayed or come back because of all the area has to offer. The mountains, the sound, and the desert. I love them all. I don't know of any other place more beautiful.
What makes this property unique
I think the best thing we have going for the property is the location close to Seatac Airport, and the light rail stations taking to Seattle and more. The semi private patio with all the foliage might also help us stand out. After that, we have tried hard to think of everything you might need, make the place as inviting as possible, and keep it very clean. Travelers appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and little amenities.
