LAKE ANNA OASIS: Hottest Luxury Home at Lake * Public * Waterslide * 10,000 sqft
Lake Anna Oasis will sleep 26 of your closest friends or colleagues. The upper level is outfitted with a bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and an en suite bathroom, a bonus room with 8 built-in bunk beds (4 singles over 4 doubles), 8 locker style cubbies, and two bathrooms, a reading nook/office and conversation area overlooking the great room, and a bright breezeway featuring an artist’s wall mural flowing from the bonus room to the rest of the floor.
On the main level, you will find 3 master bedrooms, 2 with king size beds overlooking the lake and one master bedroom with a queen accessible for those with disabilities (each with a private bathroom), a laundry room with 2 sets of washers and dryers, a walk-in pantry, a powder room, and a gourmet kitchen with a center island that includes every functional element you need to feed more than two dozen guests. A wrap-around bar counter with 10 barstools, an 11-foot long dining table to seat 16 hungry guests, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a microwave, and a full range with hood round out the features in this extraordinary dining layout. Just because you’re on cooking duty, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy all the fun in the adjoining great room. This exceptional room will be perfectly cozy with a stone fireplace surround and more. Join in the conversation with friends and family from the kitchen as they lounge in front of the fireplace after a day of swimming and lakefront activities.
Head down to the lower level for every indoor entertainment option you could hope for. This level includes 2 additional bedrooms (one with a king and one with a queen bed) both with private bathrooms, a wet bar, a large recreation room for movie time or sports, powder room, a foosball table, air hockey, a 14’ shuffleboard table, a separate playroom for little ones or tweens, and an easy walk-out to a covered terrace with a table, more seating and gaming options and an outdoor shower and bathroom. Feeling a little guilty about the steamed crabs the night before? Hit the home gym and hop on the elliptical, yoga mat, or weighted ball and you’ll feel better in no time!
The indoor features check every box a lake vacationer could want, but if the sun is shining, you’ll be soaking it up down on the dock with an equally impressive set of possibilities. While you’re getting your water toys set up, watch your kids (or colleagues) fly down the water slide. Grab a drink from the dock refrigerator, you deserve it! Plus, you’ve got a long day ahead with the extensive beach, lakeside bar, frisbee golf, lounging in one of the Adirondack chairs, fishing, another nap in one of the two hammocks, kayaking, paddle boarding, jumping off the water mat or some good old-fashioned swimming. The shallow waters at the beach make this an easy place to bring even your littlest swimmers. The dock features a covered area and a sun deck so you can enjoy a bit of sun bathing with a proper balance of shade. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook s’mores by the fire pit, play some corn hole, and watch gorgeous sunsets with a glass of wine.
Since the house sits on the public side of the lake, as a guest, you have easy access to marinas where you can rent boats and other water toys. This is an option not available for rentals on the private section of Lake Anna. Hop in your boat and head to The Cove for food and drinks, or Tim’s at The Boardwalk at Lake Anna for steamed crabs, putt-putt golf, shopping, and Moo Thru ice cream.
The house also features an elevator from the main level to lower level for any guest who requires accessibility, ensuring full access from the house to the lake. A 2-car garage, a large deck off the back of the house, and a screened-in porch on the main level complete some of the architectural features that make this home the total package. And if you have an eye for décor, you will be pleased with the furniture and the designer touches inside this 10,000 square foot property.

We love coming back to Lake Anna Oasis again and again. It's such a well-designed property for groups and the property management team is super responsive and friendly. A favorite place forever!
We had our families from VA, NJ, NY and FL together for a week at LAO and had an amazing week! The accommodations are among the nicest we’ve ever stayed, and we found ourselves completely immersed in paradise with all the activities and amenities. Thank you for an incredible week of lifelong memories!

Amazing handicapped accessible lake retreat
My son uses a wheelchair, so whenever I visit a property the first thing I take notice of is how this home would work for him. Lake Anna Oasis is amazing, with every aspect of accessibility being addressed. Easy access from outside to inside, elevator that allows use of all three levels, and a bedroom with private bath located on the main level. Loved the bathroom in this room, which included a roll in shower, roll under sink, and seamless entrance from bedroom into bathroom. Excellent design for those with mobility challenges!
We have visited Lake Anna before on the private side and had a great experience. Lake Anna Oasis really has everything you need for a fun family trip. Everyone from age 1 to 60ish had a great time. The kitchen, dining and family room make for a great gathering place to hang out all together but not be on top of each other. The oversized couch has room for everyone. The pantry has open shelves to display the counter top appliances so you don’t have to go digging through cabinets to find what you need. The bunk room with the locker room and bathroom setup is ideal for a group of children, they all loved it. The slide kept us all entertained throughout the day. We had a blast fishing, the tiny fish would jump on every hook the kids put in the water, it was more like “catching” than fishing. The built in fire pit with the stone patio around is comfortable to move around and sit and chat for hours, no walking across painful mulch barefoot. We can’t wait to return in 2026!
This house is awesome! It was the perfect place for several families and friends to stay and celebrate together. There are lots of spaces for groups to gather (on the dock, by the fire pit, on the beach, in the water, at the large kitchen table, watching tv or playing wall scrabble in the living room, in the basement or out on the grass playing games) but there are also private areas for when people needed space (beautiful large bed rooms, porches, reading nook).
Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and well maintained. The beds and sofas were clean and comfy, the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed, the slide and water mat were a ton of fun, as well as the foosball, shuffle board, and air hockey tables. Disc golf, spike ball, corn hole, and the paddle boards were also a hit! The view of the lake is beautiful and we loved sipping coffee rocking on the porch in the mornings. The double washer and dryers as well as the huge pantry and multiple refrigerators and dishwashers made it easy to keep everything neat even with 20 plus people. The only thing you need to bring is your beach towel.
I really can't say enough great things about this property, everything was so well done. There was so much to do, I wish we could have stayed longer!
We have a large family and have been doing Lake trips together for years. This house is leaps and bounds above the rest. Size, quality, amenities, all exceeded our expectations and made for a more peaceful and enjoyable experience as there was something for everyone, room to gather and places to go get quiet time away from the group. We will be back!
This place is everything! It will not disappoint. Took my entire family, children and grandchildren and every single person fell in love with lake life. Don't think twice about staying here :)
Fantastic place, large enough for the family to all get together and enjoy quality time relaxing! Kitchen is definitely a dream kitchen large enough for large groups. Plenty of space and entertainment!
Lake Anna Oasis is just amazing, it is truly a
flawless lake house.
My only negative is Lake Anna just gets so busy on weekends, but that has nothing to do with the property.
I celebrated my wedding at Rockland Farm in Bumpass just 1/2 mile away from this home. This was such a convenient location to celebrate and relax with family and friends after the wedding. the home is so spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms are smartly laid out and the floorplan was airy and accommodated everyone. There was something for everyone and the lot and boat house area are spectacular. Young and old enjoyed the big slide! It was a wonderful vacation!
We had a wonderful time and love the house. There were a couple of hiccups over the weekend but the owner was very accommodating. We plan to do it again next year.
We hosted a 30 person wedding at this venue and stayed for 5 days/4 nights.
The Good:
The property is as beautiful as it looks; every piece of furniture is high quality and they keep up the place immaculately. It is huge and easily accommodates 26 people. There's so much room, so much kitchen space, so many beautiful bathrooms. The slide is a blast, the boathouse is perfect for entertaining, and the beach is a beautiful place to get married. We rented a boat for a few days and built campfires almost every night. We played Scrabble in the living room on the giant board, and hung out on the deck in the evenings. Perfection. The water was freakishly warm in late September also.
The Bad:
We almost didn't get to book this property due to difficulty communicating with the owner at the beginning. When I say it was bad, it was really bad. Ryan is the nicest guy in the world, when you can get in touch with him, but he is almost impossible to reach. We called before booking to discuss having a wedding on site, and he was great. After that, we couldn't get ahold of him to book despite countless calls, emails, and messages over a period of two weeks. Twice, our request to book expired with no response. We had pretty much given up and decided to book elsewhere when I finally called Ryan at his work, and he explained that he had his plate full with a lot of different things, and they were in the process of hiring a new manager for Lake Anna Oasis. He apologized for the hassle and genuinely did everything he could to make it right. Once they hired Teanna, things got a lot better. She was responsive to our questions and checked in with us throughout our stay. The phone number listed on their website or Google page, I would argue, is essentially useless. No one ever answered.
After a significant amount of consideration, I give this property five stars. I'm choosing to believe that the difficulty in communication was simply due to a transitional period in their management. Ryan obviously cares a lot about the property because he keeps it up so beautifully, and Teanna has done a great job for us. The place is spectacular, I can't say enough good things about it. The communication was our only issue. Aside from that, this place is five stars all the way and we would love to come back and stay here again.
We had a fabulous time. The property lived up to everything expected from an Oasis.
Fun, fun, fun for all from 2 to 88!!
Would recommend for anyone and we would love to come back again!!!!
No detail was left undone for this lake house. The house and the dock were beautiful. All the kids enjoyed the slide, the beach and the bunk room. The adults enjoyed the views and all the space the house had to offer. We can’t wait to go back!
