WE ARE RENTING OUR PROPERTY OUT THIS YEAR DUE TO FINANCIAL RESTRAINTS, AND ALSO OUR GRANDKIDS ARE INVOLVED SO MUCH WITH ATHLETICS IN THE SUMMER....

WE ARE VERY CLOSE TO THE WATER, A STRAIGHT VIEW, SOMETIMES WE WALK...CLEAN SAND, A DEEP AREA TO PUT UP TENTS, CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY STORES.
WE ALSO ARE ON A SHADED LOT, WHICH IS NICE IN THE EVENINGS
