Rent this fantastic unit that is pristinely maintained by the weekend, midweek (sun-fri), full week (fri-fri or sun-sun), and extended options during the off season.

Be the envy of people walking by...this location was recently built and includes top of the line cabinetry, under mount stainless double sink with granite counter-tops. Appliances are stainless, including Jennair dual fuel 5 burner stove with double oven. The washer/dryer are full sized. Bathrooms have corian counter-tops with Toto no-clog toilets. Furnishings are from top makers including Tommy Bahama, Moosehead, Bob Timberlake, Hooker, Potterybarn, etc. The flooring can't be beat with all living areas having hand skived hardwood floors with Tactesse carpeting in the bedrooms (very soft!). The kitchen's small appliances are from Williams and Sonoma including a Capresso coffee maker, miele vacuum, villaware waffle maker, Kitchen aide mixer, Waring blender, etc. Decking made from Brazilian hardwood with comfortable outdoor furniture. Also included are additional beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, beach activities, etc.

This property is clearly for those that want to have no worries when they come in town to enjoy DEWEY! Either cook in or go out to enjoy fabulous restaurants...recommendations available upon request! Just bring your belongings and you are ready to go. All this PLUS YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF DEWEY, 1 block to the beach...PRIME LOCATION!!!

Each bed stripped of the used sheets and pillowcases must be placed in its used pillowcases and put inside entrance for pick up. LEAVE ALL pillows, mattress covers, & quilts on beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Got everything right!

It’s easy to get the big things right, the location, the size of the property, the furniture and the amenities. This house does all of those things as well as I have ever seen! But more importantly, they get the little things right: this house is clean, even the laundry area is pristine! The house has everything you could want, including a kitchen that made me envious with all the appliances and supplies! There are a ton of light switches and they are all labeled!!!!!! In easily read print! Sounds silly, but this was huge! The deck was lovely and we spent most of our house time out on the deck enjoying the neighborhood! we had plenty of seating space for all 6 adults. Plenty of TV’s for all to catch their game! If you have littles (we did not) we found all kinds of craft supplies to keep them occupied during the evenings or if it rains! And the location was perfect! We walked to the beach in an easy 5 minutes. They provide enough beach chairs for at least 10 people as well as carts for the beach, which was so nice! There is a stoplight with pedestrian walk lights, took all the stress out of crossing the road! Maria is delightful and always available! We had a couple questions and she was incredibly responsive! Plenty of restaurants right there as well! October is an excellent time of year to visit, weather was still warm enough for the beach, parking restrictions are lifted, crowds are down so you can eat where ever you want without an egregious wait. We had the middle floor of this house and it was perfect size for us! We are planning another visit next fall and this house is at the top of our list! Thanks Maria for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home!

This is a great rental. Everything is top of the line. Super clean with comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen, fabulous gas grill and comfortable covered porch. Pictures do not capture the roominess of the great room . Maria is a worker bee!

Overall this is one of the best places in Dewey to stay at! Maria is great! The location is the best. We stayed in the middle unit and there were parties in the unit above us so my only suggestion is to make sure you are okay with a middle unit. House was light on paper towels and detergent so we had to buy even though it was said it would be provided

Amazing 2019 Beach Vacation at 114 Saulsbury Street in Dewey Beach

The rental process was seamless. An email was received a week prior to our arrival explaining every detail. Literally nothing was missed. The owners were on site regularly and extremely accommodating. The house was very clean and stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. The location is within walking distance to the beach, local markets and restaurants. We are planning to book the same house for our 2020 vacation. Highly recommend this rental.

It was our first time to Dewey Beach DE, and this property was in the perfect location from the Beach and the main strip. Right down the road from the Starboard and Jimmy's. Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

This was our second stay. Our experience was so good last year it was an easy choice for us this year. We had three generations including my daughter (who brought two friends), grand daughters (4 and 2) and my son and daughter-in-law. We needed a place where we were comfortable spending evenings in and a place where my daughter and her friends could safely explore the the Dewey/Rehoboth area. We were happy to see that the place was well maintained, including comfortable sleeping and living areas and a well appointed kitchen. The beaches in Dewey are spacious and well maintained and the coastal road offers plenty of places to eat out. If you have little ones you have to grab the Jolly Trolley (stop right at intersection) and take them to Fun Land up in Rehoboth. Five stars!.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s House. The house had every little thing we could have needed. the approximation to the beach and the main strip couldn’t have been more ideal. The front balcony was our favorite place to have our coffee in the morning. I would love to stay here again.

A Great Place To Stay

114 Saulsbury provided the perfect place and space for our family of 9 to spend a few days together. The main attraction was the ocean which was a short two blocks down the street. There are numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, an excellent bakery and a beach supply store within walking distance. The kitchen is large, modern & fully equipped. The family room has a Smart TV with dozens of movies for both children & adults. Our grandkids (4 - 13) always look forward to a visit to 'Funland' in Rehoboth. It's a particularly good place to visit after dinner or when the weather is inclement. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the facility. The residential area was quiet. Great Location & Comfortable Stay!

We had a really nice stay in Dewey Beach and the apartment/house was very comfortable and well-stocked for all of our needs. The location is perfect - short walk to restaurants and bars, and the beach as well. You absolutely MUST have dinner or just oysters and drinks at the Starboard Raw - amazing! Only drawback, if you have kids with you, is to avoid the weekend when they have the Running of the Bull - there are just too many drunk people and we had a house full of them next door. Kids didn't need to see al that or smell the weed at this age...but other than that, this is a great place with a fabulous owner who is very attentive. Oh, and the deck is super relaxing for an afternoon cocktail or evening meal.
