Great location and we enjoyed the large tv/kitchen area for gathering. Agree with prior review that nicer pillows are needed. Also, the twin beds in basement are on a metal frame so every time you turn; it’s noisy. Overall happy with the VRBO and price was not unreasonable for the size.

Perfect accommodate for family gathering

Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Property was great for our group of eight adults. We made big meals, played games, and never felt like we were on top of one another. Kitchen was quite well appointed. Beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It has absolutely everything you would need for a large group. The check-in process was seamless, the location is great, and there is absolutely nothing I would change. The pictures don't do it justice, everyone was blown away by how large it was and the gathering space was exactly what our group of 12 friends needed. It's hard to find a location that doesn't generate a single negative comment from 12 friends, but this nailed it.

I recently stayed at this property with a bunch of friends for a weekend trip. This property was better than expected. It has plenty of space and amenities to support a large group. Better than the pics!

What a great place for large groups. State of the art! Has everything you need, plus things you didn’t know you needed. We had a group of 12 for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot. Convenient to all activities. Grocery, CVS, church, restaurants, bars all walking distance. Wish we had more time to stay and take advantage of all this place has to offer. Highly recommend! Property manager, Ben, was fantastic too.

Exceptional Location

We very much enjoyed staying at The River West. The property is large, spacious and had plenty of room for the 12 of us to stay comfortably. The location was a 15-20 minute Uber ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The bus stop is close, too. A great market is within walking distance and the Magnificent Mile is within walking distance as well. The neighborhood was safe and everyone we encountered was friendly.

Had “711 Penthouse” for 9 during our family Christmas weekend in Chicago. Very conveniently located between most major attractions. Nice neighborhood options very close for food/groceries. Pay the extra for garage parking….huge time saver. Clean place w everything we needed. Given the location, very quiet. Great weekend and would easily go back with the family. Plenty of space!

The pictures do not do this place justice, this place is huge. The place was spotless when we arrived is absolutely stunning. We had all things needed to accommodate ourselves during our stay. No shortage of towels, trash bags, etc. The view from the rooftop was absolutely incredible and the location could not have been better. Hosts were very easy to work with and trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing stay

Sameer’s place is amazing and was the ideal place for my bachelor party. The pictures truly do not do it justice. His property manager, Ben, met us on arrival and was always just a text away if we had any questions. The space is massive and we were blown away by how nice the penthouse was! The roof was also fantastic and has great views of the city. Overall, his place was a big reason why we had such a great time and I hope to stay there again soon! Look no further for a space to host your large group - you won’t regret it! Cannot recommend it enough.

This property is great for a big group! Lots of space to spread out in different areas. Under a little renovation and needed a few things, but manager was very quick to respond to anything we needed, and gave us some good recommendations for food places. Nice grocery store with mini food court and bar a block away and a CVS a block away as well. Pricing wasn't quite accurate about certain charges, but all in all the place was great for our big family to hang out, play games, work and enjoy Chicago! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Penthouse

The 711 Penthouse was the perfect set up for our weekend. We had 8 adults so we had plenty of room. The 2.5 bathrooms actually worked out better than I had imagined and we made it work without much effort. The communication was excellent and they went above and beyond when the city turned the water off to the entire block without much notice. We found the condo very clean and well appointed with coffee and plenty of kitchenware. The place is quite large and plenty roomy. If I could provide just a little feedback item it would be better pillows. But other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic home in a fantastic area

We stayed at the penthouse for a week while in Chicago for a conference. The condo was perfect. We were able to have an intimate networking event though do encourage everyone, if you do the same, to have everyone downstairs in the front room so to not disturb the neighbors below. The location was easy for Ubers to find, had a local restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance, along with a pharmacy and food store. Everything was clean, for mfortable, and the natural light that comes through the many skylights was a dream. I would definitely return to this rental again and encourage others to do the same!!
