Separate Entrance and Private, this charming Mediterranean-spanish private guest room, bath and kitchenette, reminds you why you love to come to Santa Barbara! The beach is walkable via a trail along a beautiful creek. As soon as you pull through the estate gates you will feel the stress melt away in the surrounding beauty of 200 year old oaks, fountains, specimen plants, potted fruit trees and beautifully groomed gardens. The guest suite overlooks a wishing well and has access to a shared pool and tennis court upon availability. Please inquire. Note:16 percent bed taxes are separate as VRBO does not include them for Santa Barbara County.

Total exclusive resort style feeling

This place is like a secret paradise. Impeccable grounds and surroundings along with very clean and comfortable room. We most definitely plan on returning and telling all our friends that are planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Remember to ask Cynthia about the other room packages the property has to offer.

Perfect!

This was a perfect VRBO stay for my husband & I. We had a Wedding to attend in the area. It is a beautiful property & we were able to spend some time outside sitting in the garden. The room is perfect for 2 people & comfortable. The manager is very easy to communicate with.We will hope to stay again.

You’ll find it here. My husband and I felt we had found a little piece of heaven. The photos online do not do the property justice. Cynthia thought of everything and is extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!
A quiet retreat removed from the hustle and bustle that’s close to everything from beach trails, to mountain hikes, to polo games, to boutique shopping, to dining. We have absolutely everything close by and yet we are the perfect retreat.

What makes this property unique

We are more of a bespoke stay than most with my background in Forbes 5 star training I do my very best to make your stay the very best. Long gone are the days of renting a sofa. I offered concierge suggestions, book massages, arrange tennis and pool play, and the beauty in this particular Airbnb’s is unsurpassed. I have a ton of repeat guests who make this their “healing home away from home” and welcome you with open arms to escape here to enjoy Santa Barbara.
