FANTASTIC CONDOMINIUM located in a GATED complex in the golf community of Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona. This beautiful condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and is tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. The living room has a comfy sofa and loveseat with flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a thick Serta pillowtop mattress and a TV. The master bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom is split from the master and has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. The front loft has an additional seating area with a small sectional and TV. Spend time on the back balcony overlooking the community water feature, drinking your coffee, or at the HEATED pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center on-site as well. **Please note this unit is located on the second level and has interior stairs.
For those GOLF LOVERS, a mile away is Ocotillo Golf Course, 27-HOLES OF CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF THAT FLOW GRACEFULLY THROUGH LUSH FAIRWAYS, SCENIC WATERFALLS AND COUNTLESS LAKES. In addition to this, there are 200-plus golf courses to play in the Valley.
We are located 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Tempe. At just five minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center there is great shopping and many fine dining restaurants for you to choose.
