This stunning custom built Orlando villa is perfectly placed to be the perfect home for your magical vacation. It is situated on one of the most desirable lakefront lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is 2 miles, being 5-8 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are all in close proximity.

The non-smoking and pet free villa accommodates 18 people and has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, large family room, large screen theater/cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built games room/2nd living area, double garage and a large private sun deck and pool.
