Check in was well organized. Villa was clean and well supplied. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be in Wellen Park. The owner, Walter, was very accessible and responded quickly to any matters that needed attention. We have already rebooked for next year!

Gran Paradiso winter paradise

We so enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and wonderfully appointed villa. Friendly neighborhood, great area to walk, nice swimming pool and work out facility. Close to golf courses and downtown Venice. Walter, the host was available when we had questions.

Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay in this villa. Walter was always responsive to our questions and requests. The amenities that came with the home were perfect. We stayed there for three months and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!

Wonderful condo & community

Walter is a terrific landlord. He made our stay very pleasant. He was helpful in extending our stay as our new home was delayed with completion . I highly recommend this property!

The villa was lovely, and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and friendly. We were able to ride bikes and walk every day. Walter was extremely accommodating and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend.
