LUXURY RENTAL: Fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with a New pool with cage -fully fenced where you can splash after a long day. Split floor plan, huge fenced-in backyard. Just 5 min drive to Manasota Beach, South Venice Ferry, Boat Ramp, and all other attractions Great neighborhood, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, and for the beach Boca Grande (the most beautiful sunsets) & Englewood, Venice, Manasota Beaches (an excellent place to find sharks teeth). Siesta Key is about 30 miles away. You will need a vehicle to go shopping which is only a few minutes away. There is a taxi service available in the area. If you choose this romantic house, you can ask us any questions because we care about your experience. I hope that you will find what you are looking for.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move any furniture. Do NOT touch any glass packet doors in between the rooms, they are not in use. We do have an open floor plan set up.
Lockbox code will be provided by text/email 2 hours before arrival. Please text/email us when you checked in and check out.
put out trash and recyclables in separate trash cans and put them for Thursday morning. Take out trash and recycling, do not mix them out.

Great house in a great neighborhood!

We stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute. Home was as described and included everything we would need, towels, dishes and more!! Great quiet neighborhood close to every store you could want. Overall a 5 out of 5 for us! Thank you!

Family trip

My extended family needed a place close to our parents’ house for a family reunion. The rental had plenty of room for 3 couples and 2 kids. The house was extremely clean, spacious, and looked very recently updated. The key code for entry was easy to use, making the check in process a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to the beach. We would definitely recommend the property for rental, and would stay again.

Home was beautiful inside. Had everything but short on garbage bags. Outside pool area poor needs update. Need more chairs to move out to patio.we had to buy a grill on market place because the grill was not sufficient for 8 people.

For Mary's Celebration.

I loved the pool being opened without screens. It's newly remodeled. Two of kitchen chairs were wobble when I pulled them out to sit in. I removed them from the table area and left a note on them for the manager. Everything else was lovely! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

South Venice stay

This house seems to have been recently renovated. Finishes are sleek and modern. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking and meals. It easily accommodates a larger group. I wish there was more seating in the living area. The outdoor patio area is large. The pool was not heated, as advertised, but it wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of sediment on the bottom. The house was clean though, which was more important to me.

Spacious house

The house was very clean inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, tea pots and coffee maker. The pool was clean was serviced every Friday. I wished it was heated. There was plenty of towels and sheets. There is a small charcoal grill in the great covered back yard area. Very nice beach chairs, beach towels mats, umbrella and sand toys. There was also a shark tooth strainer. I wish there was 2 more chairs in living room.

Inside was cleanly & true to pictures. Wonderful kitchen. Shirt on living room seating. Issues: master bath shower drain was not working well- pools water & it flows outside of shower. Had to put towels down to keep water contained while showering ( this happened intermittently). Hot water was somewhat in short supply with 6 adults.Outside: No pool heater ( December rental burr cold) or no pool cover. Pool deck pics do not match pool conditions- pitted & moldy. NO DRAIN COVER. We did not get enjoy pool - needs attention. Cage was an addition.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing to respond to, as the guest left no comments. Communication was lacking throughout the stay. The guest attempted to cancel while already at the property and brought unapproved guests. They also tried to use the garage, which is clearly stated as off-limits and we had already explained the reasons why. Overall, it was a very confusing and difficult situation.
