You can access your favorite streaming channels on all the televisions. There is a two zone heating and air conditioning system. There is a new reclining leather couch in the living room. There is a large covered front porch to enjoy the evening after a long day at the beach. Enjoy the ocean breezes on our 30 ft covered porch. It is only a 4 minute walk to the beach on 25th Place located at the end of the block. Turn the corner and you are at the beach. There is a large backyard for outdoor games. It is a very private backyard ,completely fenced, and an empty lot next door for privacy. Newly remodeled Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash away the sand from your day at the beach. Our homeowner insurance and the VRBO damage protection insurance does NOT cover a renter's lost vacation week, including mandatory evacuations. You can also take a short ferry ride to the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher and Civil War Museums and Bald Island. There is a splash pad and new skateboard park. All beds have comforters, plastic pads, mattress pads and encased pillows. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS; guests will need to bring their own sheets and towels. There is a $150 Departure cleaning , NC tax is 12.75% and mandatory. Property damage Protection $59 and required. No smoking in the house. Pets considered, ( 2 pets maximum) $75 pet charge.
