Property was filthy. Grease splatter on stove, weeds in pool area patio, food on island cabinets but the biggest was the fridge. The fridge was not working and they could not get it fixed due to the holiday weekend. So we stayed at a house that we could not cook or keep drinks or milk or anything cold. We had to buy a cooler just to keep waters cold and buy ice everyday to put in the cooler because the ice maker would not work either.

The house was beautiful and the location was very peaceful. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. We did have issue with the fridge not working so we weren’t able to purchase cold items which when staying for week wasn’t easy but we made it work. If you like thicker pillows be sure to bring your own. We sleep on a very soft pillow top so the mattress was a little hard for us but I think it was just different than what we were use to. Check in process was super easy and the master bath was extremely nice. I think the 300 cleaning fee is a little expensive because we don’t leave a mess but not everyone cleans up after themselves I guess.

The host was very accommodating with us due to some things that they didn’t get a chance to for fill… so for the inconvenience they granted us a late check out, which helped us out tremendously due to the long drive back home that we had approaching! When we asked certain questions the host would respond right away and if they couldn’t right away, they would apologize for the delayed response! The place was Absolutely Awesome, with a few minor fixable thing’s… but overall felt like a home away from home! It smelt amazing throughout the whole home and the pool and jacuzzi smelt fresh and clean like clean clothes and Chlorine! I would suggest to just automatically include the pool heating and jacuzzi fee into the overall price for the villa instead of making guests pay separately due to some people having trips already prepaid for and than finding out that there will be another cost for something else and having to pay separately from their prepaid amount! However, we will definitely be back for sure, Thank You for everything!!

Wonderful for a family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is extremely spacious and tidy. We booked this vacation to just get away, we didn't leave the property once. We had space, comfort, games, movie night in the theater, swam everyday and enjoyed every moment. Thank you wonderful hosts for being ready at any time to answer our questions. You have been a blessing!!! We will return

Great pool house for our Disney trip

We had a blast enjoying the pool, hot tub and watching movies in the game room. The house was conveniently located about 20 minutes from Disney. We were a little disappointed there was only one video game available in the game room and there was no water filter/ice on the fridge but overall had a good experience.

Orlando Villa

This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be a location at the top of our list to visit again when we are in the area! Thanks again for a great stay!
