We have stayed at this property twice and have enjoyed it both times. We had some issues with the hot tub but they were resolved quickly. Close to the parks and overall a great place to stay!

Great location, close to Disney and 192. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the pool. We spent are non theme park days enjoying it. The house was nice and big for our family of 4. My boys loved the themes of the rooms, the pool, ping pong, and arcade games. As a Mom, I loved the convenience of a full kitchen and washer and dryer to use. We had a Tesla and it was so convenient that there was a charger on property so no stops at a super charger. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very nice.

From the neighborhood to the house etc everything was perfect . The pool was nice and warm , and clean the kitchens had everything you need . Washer and dryer included. In the garage they have a sofa bed with a projector screen nice and cozy . You can’t go wrong and being so close by to shopping centers is a plus . I will for sure return

Miguel is an amazing host and the house is exactly what we needed for our first Disney trip. It was nice that the property has the woods directly behind it so that it felt a little more private while using the pool. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the projector. We left an important item behind and Miguel informed us that he would ship it back to us before we even realized it was missing.

This home was everything we expected it to be. It was very clean and very inviting. The Disney decor was a highlight for the kids. The arcade games, ping pong table, and projector were great for the kids. Will definitely refer this home to anyone coming to Disney. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive before and during the stay. This home was definitely a great find!

I want my fiancé to have a birthday since he was turning 30 and even though it was just the two of us we will definitely rent this villa again and bring family with us. Next time we went to Orlando Studios for horror night. We were able to do all our excursions within an hour and a half or nearby radius because this villa is in the perfect location for all your vacation needs beautiful neighborhood. The house was amazing lighting gave off such chill vibes. The pool was clean. The hot tub was clean. Bathrooms were spotless is exactly as it looks in the pictures. All the amenities were there. Our host Miguel was the best host in the world checked in on us to make sure we were OK through the app and to see if there’s anything that we needed. He was fast and easy to get a hold of when we need it anything and we didn’t really need anything. We just needed instructions for turning on the air bubbles in the spa jets and that was it other than that everything is straightforward. He was very polite. He was very informative and there’s not much else you could truly ask for in a host overall, this place was a 20 out of 10 for us and we will be back. And for anyone who was curious the Pool gets up to about 5 feet deep. At the far end, I am 5’4 1/2 feet tall and it was very enjoyable

We had a good overall stay, and Miguel was a great host when it came to communication. He was extremely responsive and quick to answer our questions, even during later or early hours.Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance were the biggest issues. The first thing we had to do was vacuum because there were crumbs everywhere and noticeably on the mats, hair and dust along the edges of the rooms, and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The pool area also needed attention; we found what appeared to be a diabetic needle between the pool and hot tub. The kitchen sponge was moldy, and the dish rack was rusty. There were several maintenance issues as well. The hot tub heater had to be turned on from an outdoor panel and was on a timer, so it repeatedly shut off. The master shower head fell off while we were showering and began spraying water. My husband temporarily fixed it, and we notified Miguel, but it was not repaired during our stay. The other shower also had a clogged drain and filled with water while showering. This was not mentioned since the other shower had not been addressed. The beds were extremely hard, but there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and luggage storage. Everything else generally worked. This could have been a fabulous place to stay if it had been cleaner and the maintenance issues had been addressed. We truly appreciated how responsive Miguel was throughout our stay.

Fantastic Home to Stay at

This was an amazing experience for my boyfriend and I. The host Miguel was so easy to get ahold of and very great communication available! This is a beautiful home and so many activities for not just adults but for kids as well! This home is not far from the Disney parks or the Universal Studios! Such an amazing stay and experience! Definetly would be staying again!

We really enyoyed our stay! Close to many attractions, stores & restaurants. Our favorite part was the pool and patio area! We liked the LED lighting & temperature of the pool. I spent so much time outside!The host was very easily reached and quickly resolved any issues we had. I would rent again!

We spent 5 nights here. The location was good, quiet neighbor hood, easy to access the highway. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. All of the mattresses were so nice and the showers were lovely. Hot water pressure was excellent. The pool and hot tub were a bonus we all really enjoyed. Miguel was incredible. I contacted him for questions and he answered almost immediately. Check in was a breeze so was check out. I would return. The place has everything you need.
